The thing that is really sad for the McCain campaign is that one of the first blogs to question this sotry was Michelle Malkin, who is incredibly right wing. If you can’t even convince your own people that the story is real it doesn’t sound like your campaign has much credibility with even it’s own base.
Congratulations John Mccain. You will end your carreer in a few years, not being known for your past in viet-nam, or your years in the Senate, but for running one of the most poorly organized, substanceless, dihonest, and now race baiting campaigns in history. Any claim you had to be a man of honor or integrity is now gone. You spent 30 years building your reputation and you’ve managed to wreck it in 6 months. Congratulations.
