Both chambers of the Massachusetts legislature yesterday passed a reconciled anti-bullying bill, which now heads to Gov. Deval Patrick’s desk, who is expected to sign it. Not only does the bill cover classroom bullying, it reaches into cyber-bullying as well, in nods to both Phoebe Prince and Carl Joseph Walker-Hoover, the 11-year-old from Springfield who killed himself in August after taunts about his sexuality.
