BABY ON BOARD

Chely Wright Is Expecting Twins With Partner Lauren Blizter-Wagner

chelyOut country singer Chely Wright and her wife, Lauren Blitzer-Wright, are expecting identical twins, they announced today on Howard Bragman ‘s YouTube show, Gwissues.

“When gay couples have babies it’s logistically a little different than when straight people have babies as we all know,” said Wright. The 42-year-old joked that she expects to be as big “as a bus or an A-frame house by around June.”

Sounds like a good subject for a country song!

    Congratulations to the father – whoever he is.

    @Brian: I shouldn’t think the sperm donor will be having very much to do with the upbringing of Chely & Lauren’s twins.

    In the future lesbian couples won’t need a male sperm donor to conceive as it will be possible to make sperm from female bone marrow. In fact it may already be possible.

    GeriHew, That sound you hear is the testicles of a misogynist being snipped. Best sound effect I’ve heard all day. Thanks.

    @GeriHew: There is not enough genetic material for this to occur and it’s a “minor” setback? The Spice Girls minus Geri Halliwell is a minor setback. Trans-vaginal probing is a minor setback. This “science” is a colossal merde. And who the hell is Chely Wright?

  • FStratford

    @Fidelio:

    who the hell are you who cant google who Chely Wright is?

    Yes, there is enough genetic material. however, if lesbians do this, they cant have a boy since women dont have x chromosomes. gay men can do this too. and since they havre both x and y, they can either have a boy or a girl through surrogacy.

    Dear Queerty,

    Your system has erroneously auto-flagged my comment (posted Saturday) as spam. I guess because it has six links in it.
