Christian Siriano Is Going to Scrub the Gay Out Of You

Payless, Starbucks, and now … O-Cel-O sponges? Project Runway‘s Christian Siriano, who has pretty much superseded the need to refer to him as “Project Runway‘s Christian Siriano,” is going to make scrubbing the two-day-old General Tso’s from your Urban Outfitters dishes a whole lot of fun! Don’t forget, Christian’s boyfriend Brad Walsh, a songster by trade, has his own jewelry line. Thems be some commercial gays!

Dear Queerty, this story has NOTHING to do with Christian Siriano scrubbing the gay out of us.

For a moment I was worried that perhaps Christian was downgrading his existence, but the minute I read he was designing for O-Cel-O the company that makes ’stylish’ home cleaning products as opposed to ‘drab’ home cleaning products I was relieved.

Either way Christian’s career is on the up, I just can’t wait when he starts designing door knobs and rubber elastic bands.

This is Queerty not letting Christian live down the hot tranny mess idiom. We all know the concept was invented by Christian and only understood by and used by Christian… oh wait.

OTOH Queerty FAIL at Brad Walsh. “Songster” WTF?

      BIO excerpt:

Singer/songwriter and producer Brad Walsh is “one of our favorite new artists” (Perez Hilton), “a chameleon extraordinaire who has his finger tight on the pulse of what’s hot” (Arjan Writes), and “this generation’s Depeche and New Order” (DJ Josh Madden). In 2009 Brad released his album Human Nature, and in 2010 RCA/Jive released his remixes of Adam Lambert’s debut singles “For Your Entertainment” (which appears also on an E! network commercial) and “Whataya Want From Me” on Lambert’s Remixes EP, which went to #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Singles chart. Prior to that, Brad’s remixes of Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Kanye West, and Rihanna achieved over 6 million digital downloads.

What’s smart is there’s a trip to NY fashion week involved- it’s a contest.

SUPPORT GAY ARTISTS AND ENTREPRENEURS – buy a fierce sponge and some dance music, people!
