    Darth Paul,

    You’re funny.
A while ago The Washington Blade did a story on him and all hell broke lose because his partner wasn’t notified until after he was dead and burried (At The family’s request)GO FIGURE and then a so call friend started discussing things about Alan and other friends didn’t like what was being said and created a website to celebrate his life.

And please don’t ask How the Miliray handled this.

    Just all around tragic.

    But he is at PEACE!

Hey instead of your usual blame whitey and his establishment/media comments why don’t you admit that if there was any controversy surrounding the aftermath of this man’s death it was all brought about his family and not the media:

“Rogers’s cousin, Cathy Long of Ocala, Fla., said, “The Post did a wonderful job. Personally, as far as the family is concerned, we really didn’t know about this until after his death. It was in the back of our minds, but we didn’t discuss it.” Cathy Long accepted Roger’s flag at the major’s funeral. “I really feel Alan was a lot more than that,” said Cathy Long who called the Washington Blade story “self-serving whatever their cause is and that they’re trying to use Alan to do that.”[11]

The Washington Post Ombudsman, Deborah Howell, stated that the editors of the Post deliberated the question of whether to disclose his sexual orientation and ultimately made a decision not to include such information.”-Wikipedia

These sentiments are all too common amongst the community from which he came from. No matter how open the man was(taking into account that it appears he hid it from his cousin) his family did not want anyone to make any mention of his sexual orientation. Big shocker!
The real brouhaha would’ve started if the original media reports had done so, then you would’ve heard his family make stupid claims of racism and of how his memory was not being handle with dignity(since homosexuality is worst than being a murderer to african Americans) by the media.

He was a “chaplain’s assistant” a fromer pastor, and buried at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. As usual, religion was the cause of silent homophobic bigotry.

You know this RACIST FAG just doesn’t stop.
    Why don’t you read BITCH.

    I said “BLADE” not “POST”

    PATHETIC BITCH!

    Who’s blaming “Whitey’?

“I didn’t realize New Yorker hated gays as well as black people.”

And you go on saying how funny the comment was.
Are you really that dumb or are you just so consume with hatred for anyone who’s not black that you fail to see how homophobic and racist your own people are hun. Because let me tell you and read this slowly boy, the handling of Alan Rogers death report by his family is a perfect example though not one of the most egregious of it. Now I’m all for blacks hating their own black gay brother, sisters, sons etc. Hey as far as I’m concerned is just another layer of destruction they are bringing on to their own community but you bet I’m always going to make it my business when they try to bring their hatred and bigotry with them outside their/your ghettos. So long as you keep your homophobia contained like the virus it is within your ghettos you’re not going to hear a peep from me Mr. c .
