Beer-budget fashionistas can unclench their purse strings a tad starting August 25, when celeb-fave designer—and all-around fabulous gay cutie-pie—Zac Posen opens a storefront for Z-Spoke, his burgeoning mid-range price-point line, in New York’s Meatpacking District. (And by mid-range price point, we mean $80 for a tee shirt, so don’t go bonkers.)
Posen, whose form-flattering frocks have graced the bodies of Natalie Portman, Rihanna, Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez, announced the opening of the store via Twitter.
“Save-the-Date for the Z Spoke store opening on Aug 25th! 874 Washington St. in NYC”
Even boys who can’t/won’t wear Posen’s bias-cut dresses can find something interesting in the shop: Merch will include scented candles and Illesteva sunglasses, and the store will also house a fashion library with rare and vintage books.
To our lady friends, a word of warning: If J-Lo sees you wearing the same black matte jersey dress as her, she will cut a bitch.
How about we take this to the next level?

I know there is a empty building on 198th and Broadway where Zac could set up a store. Inwood could use him a lot more than the meatpacking district. I’m just saying.

is Zac the new Tom Ford??
