Dustin Lance Black‘s mantle will soon be even more crowded.
The Academy Award-winning screenwriter, whose credits include J. Edgar and the upcoming remake of Earthquake, will be awarded the 14th Annual Lew and Pamela Hunter/Jonathan and Janice Zakin Chair Holder in Screenwriting Award by his alum, the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.
The multi-hyphenate activist will receive the honor April 30 at UCLA’s James Bridges Theater and will participate in a Q&A following a screening of Milk, the 2008 biopic that won him the golden boy.
Congrats DLB!
