DVD: “Cabaret,” “Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel”

Queer icons lead the charge in this week’s home-entertainment releases, as Liza Minnelli stars in the souped-up 40th anniversary Blu-ray of Cabaret, and legendary Vogue editor Diana Vreeland is profiled in Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel.

In the realm of features, a mom tries to get at the heart of her 16-year-old son’s gay-porn stash in Dirty Magazines, while a middle-aged gay bachelor falls for a much younger fellow in the rom-com, What Happens Next. And lesbians find love in both  A Perfect Ending and the animated sci-fi rock opera Strange Frame.
