Given his complacency in celebrating the multiple marriages of Rush Limbaugh, Elton John isn’t exactly overflowing with credibility. But here he comes criticizing Vince Vaughn’s The Dilemma gay joke — which appeared in a script written for a fictional movie, whereas John’s support of bigots took place in real life — and getting behind Anderson Cooper‘s criticism of the film. Which is perfectly reasonable … for the guy whose charity scored $60k by auctioning off a lunch with the news anchor.
