It's called art

Evan Peters let it all hang out while filming “American Horror Story”

Evan Peters is no stranger to taking off his clothes for money… Sort of.

In a new wide-ranging GQ interview, the handsome 31-year-old actor got candid about what it’s like to film scenes in his birthday suit. Unsurprisingly, it’s a lot less sexy than the finished product would have you believe.

“Almost every role, there’s been some sort of weird sex scene, and sex scenes are not easy to do,” he said. “They’re very embarrassing, especially when you’re in your twenties and you’re still awkward.

“Your balls are hanging out in front of Jessica Lange, and it’s like, This is not normal. This is a very vulnerable experience.”

Audiences will soon see Peters reprise his role as Kyle Spencer from American Horror Story: Coven in the eighth season of the anthology series, titled Apocalypse and set to premiere Wednesday, Sept. 12 at 10 p.m. Eastern.

Sticking with the filming naked topic, he added:

“One thing with Kyle, I had to get out of the tub and hit a lot of stuff and be upset and was completely naked.

“You have your cock sock on, but you’re still naked.”

Asked whether the socks ever fail at their one purpose for existence, he admitted:

“Yeah, of course they do, all the time. So there’s a 50/50 chance your cock is going to be coming out. It’s a little gnarly.”

We have to assume he gets the chance to relive the experience in the new season.
