There’s a lot of doom and gloom going around as we kick of the holiday season, so here’s a little something to spice up the punch bowl.
A Redditor named Travis Henning has posted a video he made with his best friend while vacationing in Thailand, and it’s just brimming with adorable male bonding.
Gay, straight, whatever — everyone needs a friendship like this one.
It’s cheekily called “Just Friends,” and came with this message:
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
My family is thinks my best friend and I might be gay. Sent them this video of us in Thailand to ease their concern.

So…. they’re gay right? But just friends.

Whatever. It doesn’t really matter. That was just so cute.

Gays would never set their vacation video to a Rod Stewart song.
Jack Meoff
I laughed at how corny and cliched this is but then I guess that is what they were going for. Good on them for poking fun at themselves instead of getting defensive. Well done guys.

@rhino79: LMAO! So true; should of played the theme song of Captain Planet.
Billy Budd
Adorable. They are role models for straight guys.

Unfortunately we are in a world that continues to suggest closeness or intimacy with others could only have specific motive. We all experience so much of the same emotions and same hurdles but we must maintain a steady path and avoid honest discussion for fear of being interpreted as weak or unintelligent. Whether two humans are gay or straight or friends or lovers why is it such a constant source of discussion.? We should all be allowed to make choices based on what we think we want without having to also consider what others are thinking as well.

I’m just glad it wasn’t another surprise gay marriage proposal video. For cripes sake those are getting annoying. Why do gay men want to have their wedding proposals shown all over the internet anyway? Because we are drama queens I suppose. So these straight guys are a little bit like that, huh?
Slash
Fun video. Close, affectionate straight guys should be as free from bullying and speculation as we out gays are. Keep traveling the world and spooning to stay warm…
Captain Obvious
I don’t get it they don’t seem even slightly gay. People who think gaydar is fake and/or inaccurate are really annoying. Especially when they accuse straight people of being gay just because they’re close.
