Retired judge and FOX News analyst Andrew Napolitano was just slapped with not one but two lawsuits from two different men accusing him “forcible sodomy” and other sex crimes.
The first lawsuit was filed two weeks ago by a man named Charles Corbishley who alleges the 70-year-old Libertarian raped him in the late ’80s, around the time he appeared as a defendant in Napolitano’s court.
Corbishley was facing arson charges in November 1987 when his case was transferred to Napolitano’s court after his attorney became ensnared in money laundering and prostitution scandal.

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
In 1988, Corbishley’s attorney encouraged him to meet with Napolitano at his private residence in New Jersey.
NorthJersey.com reports:
In the suit, Corbishley, who was 20 at the time, said he was told to bring a snow shovel and a Christmas card and when he got there, he was told to shovel the driveway which he found “peculiar because the driveway already had been shoveled.”
He said in the lawsuit that Napolitano came outside dressed in a long trench coat and made small talk before saying “you know, you could be going away for a long time.”
According to the suit, Napolitano pushed Corbishley to his knees and told him to “be a good boy.” The lawsuit states: “Charles Corbishley was then forced to perform fellatio on the Honorable Andrew Napolitano, the presiding Justice on his criminal case.”
Corbishley said that he wanted to stop but was “terrified about what Judge Napolitano would do to him if he resisted or fought back.”
Napolitano quickly filed a countersuit against Corbishley, denying the allegations and accusing him of defamation.
Then this week, he was hit with another lawsuit. This time from a waiter named James Kruzelnick, who is seeking $15 million in damages from Napolitano after he says he suffered coercion and sexual abuse between 2014 and 2017.
According to Kruzelnick, he first met Napolitano at the restaurant where he was working. Napolitano would regularly request to be seated in Kruzelnick’s section. Eventually, the two struck up a friendship.
One day, Napolitano allegedly followed Kruzelnick into the bathroom and groped him then said, “You are just so hot.”
The lawsuit states:
Plaintiff was shocked by Napolitano’s actions, as the two men did not know each other and had never been together outside of the restaurant prior to that night. Plaintiff immediately pushed defendant Napolitano off of him, and told him that he shouldn’t do things like that in a public place, and that he shouldn’t touch him like that again. Plaintiff had no interest in Napolitano, who was 20 years older than him, and who was more of a father figure than anything else.
Another time, Kruzelnick claims Napolitano invited him over to his home to help with a legal matter. During the visit, he says the retired judge coerced him into performing “bizarre” sex acts that he wasn’t comfortable doing.
The lawsuit states:
As defendant Napolitano entered the living room, Plaintiff observed that Napolitano’s pants were down, and his penis was fully erect and exposed. Plaintiff was truly shocked by Napolitano’s conduct, and didn’t know how to react. Before Plaintiff could say anything, Napolitano said “I am really into certain things” and “I want you to do something for me.”
Thereafter, defendant Napolitano walked up to Plaintiff’s chair, and suddenly threw himself onto Plaintiff’s lap. Napolitano then told Plaintiff that “I want you to start slapping me really hard.” Before Plaintiff could say anything in response, defendant Andrew Napolitano then demanded that James Kruzelnick spank his exposed buttocks while Napolitano masturbated on his lap.
Plaintiff was repelled by Napolitano’s request and had no interest in playing this bizarre “sex game.” But when Plaintiff told Napolitano that he did not want to spank him, Napolitano shouted at him: “Just f*cking do it!”
James Kruzelnick began spanking Andrew Napolitano on his buttocks while Napolitano masturbated. Napolitano then demanded that James Kruzelnick call him “son” while Plaintiff played the role of “daddy” and spanked Napolitano. Thereafter, Andrew Napolitano ejaculated onto one of Plaintiff James Kruzelnick’s shoes, leaving Plaintiff feeling disgusted.
Kruzelnick says he felt obligated to go along with it because Napolitano was helping both him and his brother on a legal matter, but that the encounter left him with “severe and permanent emotional distress.”
“While Plaintiff felt humiliated, degraded and abused by Napolitano, he also felt that he was powerless to stop the abuse,” the lawsuit states. “If he refused to do what Napolitano wanted him to do, then Napolitano would refuse to help.”
Napolitano has denied all of the accusations through his lawyer.

Too bad…I actually thought Napolitano was one of the saner voices on Faux News.

If it happened, he needs to go to trial.
One thing though. Interesting that the first one happened 32 years ago, was never filed until Napolitano started pointing out on FOX that Trump committed crimes. I’d be interested to see who else his Lawyer works for.

Totally.
Mister P
I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to find out he was set up.

No fan of Napolitano’s but I think this is a scam to take him down. There are many on the right who want him silenced because he’s an independent thinker and more than once has called out Don the Con’s gross criminality. It’s like the Kanye candidacy, Roger Stone’s decades’ worth of dirty tactics, the Veritas project clowns, and all the rest of the dirty tricksters on the right.

Total slander pushed by Trumpers since he’s a voice of reason on Fox.

Not a Monica Lewinsky. An E-bay special.

Yep, countdown 3…2…1… before we all find out this is just another Jacob Wohl set up of Donald’s perceived enemies. They should’ve tried making up financial crimes or secret alcoholism instead of the ludicrous stuff they’re trying to paint him with.

I call B.S. on this whole thing. First off you say you hardly know the man, then you thought of him as a father figure. If he was so turned off by the bathroom encounter, then why obtain the Judges phone number and then ask him for legal advice for you and your brother?By then you knew he was gay or gay leaning and then all of of a sudden you’re at his home and performing sex acts with him. Give me a break. This wreaks of Trump minions doing a hit job.

The guests and the staff using the same bathroom ? are you sure ? Is this normal in restaurants in the USA ?

I like the whole “bizarre sex” angle.
Yeah no straight has ever played a daddy or a had a daddy/mistress in sex role-play engagements.

Reading the article I was thinking, you have to love those closeted Conservatives. Their antics catch up with them eventually. Then recalling that at one time Napolitano was on Dump’s list for SCOTUS and how much fun he and Kavanaugh could have had sharing sexual assault stories.
I like some of the theories presented that this is a setup because the vindictive Trump crime family and/or Republican party are pissed Napolitano has dared be critical of Trump on Fake errrr Fox News.
