François Sagat is a Frenchman of few words. The popular adult film star announced his retirement from porn in a video shot at the Magic Kingdom. Standing in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle, Sagat turns to face the camera and breaks hearts the news with a short and sweet message: “Hello, I’m François Sagat and from this day forward I’ve retired from porn.”
Thirteen little words.
In a note posted on his site Sagat, whose last porn film was 2011’s Incubus 2, says he has many more projects on the way, but doesn’t offer further elaboration.

I would say his future contains oblivion and a disappearance from public view. The porn industry attracts hundreds of fit, hung young men and their career life is very short – a few years. There will always be more candidates coming on the scene even and the older, less talented ones fade away. The only real success stories are those who make the movies – the studios – Men at Play, Raging Stallion, Chi Chi La Rue and Michael Lucas.

When I first saw his face while the main page was loading, I was worried it would be an article saying that he had committed suicide. Thank goodness this is not the case.
