French Model/Singer Quentin Elias Dies At 39

20140227-014500Actor, model, singer and brief porn model Quentin Elias has reportedly died in New York City this week at the age of 39.

A statement confirming the news was posted to Elias’ official Facebook page this afternoon following loose reports that he has a massive heart attack on a number of French websites. According to Elias’ management company, EventsLive Productions, the singer was confirmed dead in his home on February 25.

Elias is perhaps best known as the former lead singer of ’90s French boy band Alliage, and for his solo music career that began after he relocated to New York City in 2002. According to Obnoxious TV, he worked in NYC as a television actor, a stage actor, and a fashion model for Armani and Jean Paul Gaultier. In 2008, he appeared as the mysterious “Q” on gay porn site Randy Blue (NSFW).

Elias maintained an active Instagram account until his death—he prided himself on his natural physique, and encouraged others to exercise regularly without using performance-enhancing drugs.

Rest in peace, Quentin.
