Why do you think the GOP is trying to make ACORN into an issue? Is to distract from this kind of stuff that Republicans have been doing for decades.
This is why every single one of us has to vote and be diligent about what takes place at the polls. This stuff only works when the election is close (Florida 2000, Ohio 2004). We need an Obama landslide to ensure the voice of the people is heard and honored.

Sad state of affairs as it appears to me that the inevitable fascist state that the Rethuglicans have been forming since Regan is near completion.
I personally don’t believe a fair election is possible in this country.
It is Rethuglican rule forever.
Unless of course Americans wake up and got together and decided to break corporate Americas back by having a national general strike – but hell will freeze before that happens.

Even more frightening than these stories is the general complacency about the whole electronic voting fraud issue. McCain makes a huge deal out of ACORN “fraud”, which is ridiculous and would require conspiracy theories on a gigantic scale. Meanwhile, using electronic voting machines usually supplied by Republican swinging corporations, with just a few people and a couple of lines of program code, millions of votes can change untraceably. There is absolutely no oversight of the programming on these machines.
Why is this not a major story? Where is the outrage?
