Niagara County police had an irate, drunken homophobe on their hands Saturday morning. Buffalo resident Allen R. King went ape shit after one of his friends dared partake in “homosexual display,” whatever that means.

Niagara County sheriff’s deputies said that the victim had been drinking and playing games at a River Road home when the suspect, reportedly intoxicated, became upset with a “homosexual display.”

After a brief confrontation, the victim was punched in the face, causing minor injuries. Deputies charged Allen R. King, 45, with third-degree assault.
