Gay-for-pay adult film performer Kyle Dean has died.
Dean, whose real name was Brandon Jason Chrisan, worked for several gay adult film studios, including GayHoopla and Corbin Fisher.
He passed away on September 28, though it is only now being reported on. The cause of death has not been released. He was 21 years old.
Dean lived a somewhat troubled life in recent years. He was arrested multiple times over the last three years and spent some time in jail in 2017.
SFGN reports:
Some online commentators have described Dean as a “gay-for-pay” performer, noting his frequent pleas for financial assistance for everything from Uber rides to Amazon wishlist gifts. His rap sheet in Florida includes possession of Xanax and marijuana and burglarizing cars.
After his death, a fake social media account claiming to be created by his “friends” seeking to raise money for his funeral through a GoFundMe page appeared online. It has since been deleted.
According to Dean’s obituary, he loved to “play football and physically train his body” and “won fourth placed in an Adult Physique Competition at the age of seventeen.”

How caring of his friends. One last scam in his honor. Sounds like he had some real role models around him.

Drugs or suicide? Maybe both at the same time?
troytabby
He was a criminal, a druggie, and a whore of scale. But damn he was a jackhammer to both men and women!!

What a waste of a young life. Don’t ever have children. they will always disappoint.

I don’t know what is sadder: His death or YOUR lack of a soul.
BGinBigD
What a sad life. The fact he had to use his body for porn to make money is typical of cute, sexy young men who have nothing else to offer. It doesn’t take long for porn companies to snatch men up in this condition. Drugs soon follow and then they’re hooked.
Wayne_in_NYC
How judgmental of you. Just because someone decides to make some movies to actually get paid for doing what they’re already doing anyway, doesn’t mean that they “have nothing else to offer.” I’ve known guys who have done porn or escorting just as a means to pay for their education to get their degree and move on to excellent professional positions. It sure beats coming out with tens if not hundreds of thousands of student loans to haunt them for many years! You guys always sit there looking down your noses at anyone who decides to live differently from what you chose, judging them and making your snide remarks, but then in the privacy of your homes, you probably wank off to their pornos just like everyone else.
geb1966
If you have EVER watched porn, your judgmental attitude here in hypocritical at the very least. Get over your self-righteous self.
Vince
@BGinBigD. What a sad hypocritical POS you are. I’ll bet you’re republican to boot. Now go back to doing what you do best. Wacking off to the guys you look down on.

God, so many porn performers his age have died recently. Like 2 associated with Frat X and one more rather recently. Sad.
Far too young.
Geeker
Porn certainly seems to be a dangerous profession to go into.
Paco
It does seem to attract people that are extremely desperate for quick cash. Which is fine. But I don’t think it pays well enough for that to be a sole source of income for most, and I think that is where some of them seem to get into trouble. They should still have a steady job and do the porn as a supplement.
spacecadet
Sad. Yes, as some people have noted, it is not uncommon to see porn performers die young/tragically, have substance abuse issues, and/or end up in trouble with the law. On the other hand, and as others have mentioned, plenty of performers stay on the straight and narrow, enjoy what they do, or just stick with it Long enough to pay off large bills/tuition or get going financially so they can follow their true passion. I myself was propositioned several times during my college years by a scout with Sean Cody to “model” on their site and I seriously considered it for the decent money offered and the exhibitionist in me. But ultimately I decided not to. My point being, I’m not a troubled person, and I almost dabbled in porn work.

It does seem to be an industry that attracts people who feel as if they’re alone in world, people contending with a ton of self-hatred or convolution, people contending with some dire mental illnesses and self-destructive instincts, drug addicts and your basic a-holes. That’s especially the case with people who stick with it for a while.

This article is about a young, hot guy who had some personal trouble/issues and died way too young. If a guy the same age, not in porn, not considered attractive and also dying too young QWEERTY and others would not be looking at this. That was the key thing I got out of this article. Many young people are on a course of self destruction and don’t have a guide or a mentor for betterment and where do they go???? Instead of sensationalizing a death we should broadcast resources and positive role models who are real people and hope to catch some of these young men and women before they are too far gone. While it’s true that generally you can’t fix and change everyone; if you can help a number greater than 0 you are doing the world some good. QWEERTY, please respond.
PS I’ve known Porn Actors who range from well-paid, executive-type, structured professionals and family men to guys who are a complete mess; there is no stereotype.

That may have been the case many moons ago. But it seems like the industry is far more screwed up now than even ten years ago. It’s become very anti-gay and drug-riddled. While the younger performers mostly seem unprofessional and/or f-ed in the head.
troytabby
Porn actors are whores of scale, and porn demeans everyone involved in it, especially the on camera whores. Even the free wanks we the viewers get take away precious time and (quite literally) energy that would be better used working toward getting the real thing. Keep trying to put lipstick on this pig if you like and ignore reality, which is that that the norm is most of these whores feel miserable about the shitpits they’ve allowed their lives to become.
Tyrone Johnston
So often, the way gay men glorify porn actors and other “gorgeous” men, I feel like I don’t belong in the gay community. I feel shunned. But, after reading articles like this, I feel great about not fitting in with the culture. All that glimmers isn’t gold.
troytabby
It doesn’t even glimmer. Porn is just stocked with whores of scale. The damage done by porn spreads all around, and even the free wanks we get are a time waster. Better to use that time and energy getting ACTUAL free pieces, however you swing.
PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS
Not all porn actors are used and abused. Check out Blake Mitchell. He is incredibly hot, HUGE uncut tool, makes really sensual videos. On his YouTube channel, he seems grounded, intelligent, and a genuine nice guy. He is open about what he does and says basically those who have a problem with it, have a problem- not him.
Donston
A couple months ago that dude posted a video that centered around dealing with depression, feeling used, hating how obsessed people are with his penis and being worried that he’ll never have a functional romantic relationship. There was an article here about it. You probably should have gone with another example.
Very few performers that I’ve taken notice of in recent years seem legit level-headed and grounded. And the ones that do tend to be in and out of industry. There seems to typically be some drug addiction or depression or a fragile ego or resentment of men or resentment of gay men, just being a general crazy person or a-hole, etc. going on. There are of course going to be exceptions. But even a great deal of porn performers themselves have admitted that abuse/assault, drug addiction, depression, internalized homophobia are things that are pretty rampant in the gay porn industry. However, that doesn’t make it much different from Hollywood.

I don’t have problems with porn actors or porn; I just despise the whole immoral stuff that poisons the human hearts and distorts the human nature. The only way to discourage porn viewing is to pass laws to make distribution of porn illegal, similar to what the government did to Rentboy. Just kill the middleman and then strangle the production.
Toofie
LOL, you don’t have a problem with porn, but want to make it illegal. Too funny.
troytabby
The crap they put out is just marketing shit. Don’t be a boob all your life. Porn demeans everyone involved. Instead of wanking to these whores of scale, do whatever it takes to get the real thing.
batesmotel
I’ve been in that world and they’re all battling with some kind of disorder, which is why they turn to porn. Then some of them that have a brain or some measure of intelligence find the superficiality getting to them. They know their worth is so much more than how they f***.
Lacuevaman
how timely Queen’s lyrics: “another one bites the dust”

Obviously he was a lost soul falling into the allure of the seedy life with recklessly bad choices. This is an example of how many of them end up. Many of us did it in our early 20’s, maybe not to the degree that this guy did. But sounds like he was naive and not too bright. Relied solely on his hard body, which is great for half a minute if there isn’t anything else going on upstairs. Sad. Who knows if he had potential to become something amazing later in life. Some of them do, while others remain stuck in the seediness.

Darwinism doing its job.
