On Tuesday evening, the winner of the Mr. Gay Handsome Nepal 2017 was announced.
The trophy was handed to Manindra Singh (above, center), who was awarded a prize of 50,000 rupees (roughly $500).

Contestants were trained by Malvika Subba, a former Miss Nepal.
Nepal is currently considered one of the most LGBTQ-friendly countries in all of South Asia.
