Though it gave Chelsea Handler comedy fodder, not including the E! channel in its annual network score card wasn’t GLAAD’s way of slighting the network. It’s just that E! isn’t big enough to warrant their attention.
Huh. We’re not sure which is a bigger insult.

“Though is gave Chelsea Handler comedy fodder” Uh what? Who is editing this site??
Morons!
@z: Right!
Drew
E! Is big internationally that is probably why. GLAAD cares but only for gays in the USA…
youcanthandlethetruth
E! is big internationally?
Where?
How many other countries would be interested in watching a bunch of obscure comedians cracking lame “in” jokes about minor aspiring celebrities?
I didn’t realise Chelsea Handler was a lesbian, or is that just for image reasons?
Jayson
Chelsea Handler is a funny lady who openly supports the gay community. GLAAD can kiss my ass, for such a stupid statement. We need all the supporters we can get. And a women who has a nightly show, should get a tad more respect then what GLAAD gave her.
Drew
@youcanthandlethetruth: I presume you are USA centric in your view of the world. Pity… Google it you fuck, then perhaps you’ll notice that the E! network is carried on all major satellite platforms.
youcanthandlethetruth
@Drew: So is Al Jazeera.
But does anyone actually watch E! outside of the US?
Correction: does anyone actually watch E! outside of certain parts of LA and NYC?
bitchface
you know i enjoy there little dog and pony show/awards festivities every year, but for a large and expensive organization i feel like GLAAD is pretty fucking irrelevant.
tricky ricky
chelsea is a comedian?
youcanthandlethetruth
Who the heck cares if TV companies are “gay friendly”?
Nizara
Chelsea gives her slit to the head of E! – Ted Harbert, therefore gives her a slot.

@youcanthandlethetruth: I don’t know. I used to watch it when nothing else was on, but don’t remember what they showed. The only thing I ever deliberately watched was an episode of, I think it was called, “True Hollywood Stories” about Ray Combs.
