Kevin McHale may or may not have come out on Instagram last month. Now, he may or may not have a boyfriend. The 29-year-old actor has been very mysterious about the whole thing.
Here’s the latest development: Over the weekend, McHale posted a picture of himself cuddling next to a cute guy along with the caption: “My Coachella.”
Awwww.
In typical McHale fashion, the actor/singer is still being coy, only showing half the face of the mystery man everyone’s been talking about.
Most people believe it’s fellow actor and singer Austin McKenzie.
McKenzie is best known for acting as Melchior Gabor in Deaf West’s Broadway revival of Spring Awakening.
The two have made a few cameos on each other’s Instagram profiles for a while. In addition to that, both actors appeared in Dustin Lance Black’s miniseries When We Rise last year.

People first began speculating that McHale and McKenzie were maybe probably an item after the Glee star shared a picture of himself holding hands with a mystery man along with a single emoji as the caption.
The emoji was the ASL hand gesture for “I love you.”
The post was also interpreted by many as a subtle way for McHale to come out.
Congrats to the happy couple!

I have like zero gaydar, yet 9 times out of 10 if I have a crush on a guy on a show or in a band he comes out as gay years later, lol.

Two of the hottest young hustlers I’ve ever seen on porn sites have transitioned. I think that’s your experience squared.

If Jennifer Lawrence posted a similar picture with a guy, no one would be complaining about a “professional journalist” speculating on the sexuality of a celebrity.

Somebody else who didn’t come out when it could have helped anybody. (Yawn).

I don’t think that’s fair. He was in his early 20’s when Glee started. And he’s still in his 20’s. We can’t put that type of pressure on anyone, especially someone so young. And it’s not like he copped beards or exuded self-hate. Most gay/gay-leaning men don’t legitimately come out and show fo’ real self-comfort until they fall hard for a guy. That’s how it usually goes. So, once again, you’re being a bit unfair.
He’s been seen everywhere hugged up with this dude. So, this site can quit with the he’s being coy/crytic stuff. He just decided not to do a “coming out interview”, not to hype an identity, not to sensationalize or monetize his sexual behavior or exploit his personal life. But there’s nothing coy or crytic there.

If he was in his early 20’s when Glee started, so he was mid to late 20s when the series still ended. As I said, he didn’t come out when it mattered more. Not an attack, just a fact.
The kid from the Real O’Neils is out, the kid from Love Simon came out etc…. I’m just saying this one could have done it previous. Glad he’s happy now, but it’s a shame it’s now and not then.

Donston…sorry, but what is “crytic?” I honestly have never seen that word before and, since you used it twice, I’m guessing it’s not a typo.

You too old to be on this mess.
