Gus Kenworthy is a busy guy.
In addition to tearing up the slopes in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, he’s also competing on Ultimate Expedition, a new reality series for YouTube Red.

The series pairs up unlikely celebrities as they climb Mount Tocllaraju, the massive, 6,034 mile meters high peak in the Peruvian Andes.
Gus has been camping out with Steve-O of MTV’s Jackass, and the two have been getting rather, well, close.

In a confessional, Gus says he’s gotten used to waking up to Steve-O’s farts and the sound of him quietly pleasuring himself inside his sleeping bag, among other things.
Hear him talk about their tent life together below.

6034 miles high. wow.
doesn’t anyone ever look at what they wrote?

Facts no longer matter. Lol.

I know. That’s just too extreme. I mean I’ve never heard of any mountain being that high.

They mixed up miles and meters 🙂 It is actually, 6034 meters :))

I think the Queerty writer misread or Googled and misunderstood that m ? miles, but meters.
Mount Tocllaraju is 6,034 METERS high, or 19,797 feet (i.e. 3.75 miles).
The strange thing is that it’s pretty common knowledge that the highest elevation, Mt. Everest, on earth is only 8,850 meters or 5.50 miles, but seriously, there are easily accessible measure converters online these days.

LOL
And these people have a journalism degree from a college
To put things in perspective, from land to the center of the Earth is roughly over 4,000 miles. From land to the exosphere (where satellites orbit Earth) is over 400 miles.
According to Queerty, Gus was over 6,000 miles high. He would be floating in outer space LOL

Maybe it’s because I’m 80, but that was cute and funny!

Over 6,000 Miles high huh? Like spell check or basic editing, that would be impressive if it were done.

Steve-O is gross. Shut him up.

Dude, Dude, Dude……..and I really HATE that weird high inflection some americans do at the end of every sentence, like the stereotypical ‘valley girl’ accent…..apart from the campness, that Gus bloke is quite fit!! I’m not sure what it is he does as we’ve never heard of him in the UK.
