Most entertainers only care about our money and "loyalty", but don't do a damned thing to help us. For most of the celebs who appear on and in gay publications, it's just talk and no action. The few who do help and genuinely want to see us have equal rights, (Judith Light for example), never get the accolades they deserve.

Yes, I am shocked that Carol Channing said negative things about gay people. I wonder if she isn’t losing her mind, because she has always been exceedingly gay-supportive. I have a feeling old age is taking its toll and she may be losing it. I personally met her about a year ago and she knew I was gay and seemed to be very cool with it… She was such a delight that night I could have started a church dedicated to Carol worship. So HELL YES it comes as a huge shock to me that she would say these things.
I do strongly suspect, however, that she said them because she is getting very mentally confused due to her age.

I do adore Judith Light. She is a beacon to us all. And we should recognize her for her TRULY selfless work for gays, people with AIDS, and people with cancer.
