Harry Styles Stops By “The Tonight Show” To Sing Karaoke With Jimmy Fallon

Screen Shot 2014-02-19 at 3.26.10 PMTo continue the star-studded new season of The Tonight Show, “British pop superstar” Harry Styles* dropped by Jimmy Fallon’s new New York studio to talk about fame, being famous, and his famous band One Direction.

We learn some fascinating new facts about Styles and One Direction, some of which have literally never been known until now. According to Styles, the band got their big break after sending a cassette tape to RCA Records (from…um…England, he thinks?), and his top-secret hair-styling tips include using two hairdryers at once!

He’s so hot!

@Ron Jackson: Yeah, like ALL of her attempts at comedy. Last night’s 2nd outing for Fallon’s Tonight Show was sadly disappointing and was more like a regurgitated episode of Late Night where he leaned heavily on SNL to bail him out for lack of guests. The Tonight Show is all about new fresh material or at least original stuff, not the old SNL trick of redoing already failed material over and over. Lady Gaga’s song was good, but everything else sucked.

@Wayne_in_NYC: I’m not sure what show you’re watching (maybe Kimmel?), but the Tonight Show hasn’t done any “new fresh material” in a LONG time. Probably since Carson retired. I don’t expect everything to be a hit, but I think Fallon will be way more interesting and fun (and less formulaic) than Leno, for sure.
