Michael Jackson referred to his penis as “bright light, brick city” and his semen as “duck butter” on at least one occasion, according to a 36-year-old man suing the entertainer’s estate under claims that he was molested as a 10-year-old boy.
James Safechuck is not the first to accuse MJ of child molestation during the late 1980’s, though an attorney for the singer’s estate says he could be one of the last.
The charges, which include the details of pet names Jackson allegedly assigned to his genitals and a shocking “marriage ceremony” he performed with Safechuck are likely to be dropped because they’ve been filed more than 20 years after the alleged incidents.
Also, Safechuck once gave “sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him.”
But if we’re to believe cash-strapped fame whores looking to destroy the reputations of celebrities who failed to launch their careers, Michael Jackson also did these things (via TMZ):
Safechuck claims Jackson also used secret signals — when they would hold hands, Michael would scratch the inside of James’ hand with a finger … to show he wanted to have sex.
Safechuck says MJ wanted a full-blown relationship with him … to the point he performed a secret wedding ceremony with the boy with wedding ring and a marriage certificate.
He also describes how Michael would take him to various homes — including a place called “The Hideout” in Century City — where they would drink sweet, pink wine and watch porn … including movies of children masturbating.
Safechuck, now a married father who is presumably broke, says his relationship with Jackson began after the two filmed a Pepsi commercial together in 1988. He believes his new suit will inspire a “flood of [new] complaints” against Jackson, even though all previous attempts to rape MJ’s estate have effectively been squashed.
Perhaps the most outrageous allegation Safechuck brings against Jackson is the claim that he owned a photo of Sheryl Crow without makeup:
Safechuck says at one point … he questioned his own sexuality — because he also had a crush on Sheryl Crow, who was one of Jackson’s backup singers. He says Michael found out and became jealous … showing him unflattering pics of Crow without makeup.
According to the Daily Mail, who visited the alleged victim in his home in a “smart suburb,” Safechuck initially didn’t cooperate with prosecutors when previous charges were filed against Jackson.
He reportedly “changed his mind when he became a father and underwent therapy.”

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.

Presumably broke? Safechuck has a good job in the computer industry. That doesn’t mean he isn’t cash strapped or broke, of course, but what’s the source of your special knowledge?

Oh God, prepare for the FLOOD of hysterical Michael Jackson fans to attack and scream about anybody posting this article.
Anybody want to guess…will they be worse than the Clay Aiken fans were?
RIGay
“Here, you won your lawsuit. Take this elderly chimp in diapers as your settlement. Good bye. NEXT!”
Stache99
“all previous attempts to rape MJ’s estate have effectively been squashed.”.
Not that I remember unless you don’t count him paying out millions to settle lawsuits and criminal charges to avoid prison.
Stache99
@Cam: I am a fan of his music. However, that doesn’t mean I put the blinders on either just because I like or identify with him.
Cam
@Stache99: said…
“unless you don’t count him paying out millions to settle lawsuits and criminal charges to avoid prison.”

Yeah, if I remember right, he paid out close to a 20 million dollar settlement to that kid.
And Stache99, I didn’t mean fans of his music, I mean the crazy obsessed fans that a lot of singers seem to get.
You know, for example, the Lady GaGa fans who can’t just like her music but have to attack every other singer out there in print because they aren’t Lady GaGa.
Stache99
@RL4L: I remember back in his trial one of the kids described his penis. Some kind of distinguishing thing about it.
Who knows for sure about this guys claim but one thing I am sure of is that some real Pedo shenanigans were a happening at the Neverland Ranch.
RL4L
Jesus Christ, these people need to get actual jobs. I suppose suing an innocent man is the most lucrative there is…
redcarpet30
Where there was SO MUCH SMOKE there was FIRE. But at this point the alleged abuse was decades ago, and the man is dead, so I think the victims are going to have to come to terms with the fact that he got away with it.
ChicagoJeremy
“Child Lover”??? I registered just ask Queerty Who the FUCK writes your headlines? Disgusting.
Cam
@RL4L:
Do innocent people payout 20 million dollar settlements?
kevininbuffalo
@Cam: With 20 million dollars he could have hired a dream team of lawyers that would have made O.J.’s look like a bunch of pre law drop outs. The fact that he didn’t try to clear his name speaks volumes.
Also, consider Neverland. Among other things he had his own freaking amusement park for chrissakes! Not because he’d been deprived of these things as a kid, not because he was some sort of manchild but as a lure for for young boys.”I’ve got my
own roller coaster” beats “wanna piece of candy little boy.” Michael Jackson was a pervert who hurt kids. I hope there’s a hell and he’s in it.

Wasn’t there a Diane Sawyer television interview some 2 decades-plus ago in which MJ could not coherently explain why he needed motion detection sensors installed in front of the bedroom door–not around the grounds of the estate mind you, but in front of the bedroom door–where his young guests slept?
He also fumbled badly when Sawyer pointed out how questionable and inappropriate was Michael’s admitted penchant for getting into bed with those youngsters during the night. He tried to insist that he was just comforting homesick kids, like a parent would. But Jackson could have eased that “homesickness” by allowing a parent or guardian to accompany each of his young fans on their Neverland visits; instead, reportedly, he resorted to bribing and paying them off to keep them away. Presumably the sensors were installed to warn him whenever a staff member was about to walk in on the “comforting” he was giving his young guests.
One of Jackson’s most famous friends and frequent Neverland Ranch visitors was movie legend Elizabeth Taylor, who publicly staunchly defended him. According to a Vanity Fair article however, during a visit that took place several years after the explosive accusations and damage to Jackson’s reputation and career, Taylor was aghast to realize that Michael was about to send a flunky out to bring home yet another young fan for an overnight stay. She got angry, put her foot down and forbade him to do it and (while she was there at least) he backed off.

@kevininbuffalo: Well, from all I’ve read and heard about the brutal childhoods of Michael and his siblings, I think Neverland did represent a lost childhood to Michael, at least initially. But it seemed to evolve almost immediately into a kind of perverted Disneyland as his sexual pathology was allowed to blossom unhindered.
I use the word “allowed” very deliberately. Surely the untold story of Michael Jackson’s dark obsession with young boys is all the enablers surrounding him–including his family and friends–who knew or suspected something was very wrong with him but chose not rock the boat.
LadyL
…Meant of course “chose not to rock the boat.”
Stache99
@LadyL: Actually it was Martin Bashir.
LadyL
@Stache99: No, I know Bashir did a television interview with Michael as well, but I was thinking of the Sawyer interview of earlier.
LadyL
@Stache99: Could be I’m conflating the two.
LadyL
@ChicagoJeremy: I agree. There is no such thing, except in the twisted minds of pedophiles. “Child Lover” is an indecent way to describe a victim of sexual abuse.
Billy Budd
Cash can make you get away with almost anything. OJ and Jackson prove this.

this story is too funny!

Michael Jackson is dead! I don’t know what else he wants from Michael besides his money! He needs to just let it rest! It’s over!!!
Cam
@PeterPiperBoy:
And what you don’t seem to get is that if this guy was molested, the death of the person who did it, doesn’t make it not have happened.
Ogre Magi
@RIGay: Bubbles lives in an animal sanctuary. He will never have to wear diapers again

Am I the only one who noticed that the one person on here really defending Jackson has the screename of PeterPiperBoy? (Shudder)
LadyL
@Cam: No, you’re not! (Ewww!!)
Cee
@Cam: If they don’t want to be dragged through the media and a lengthy trial then yes.
