Christian Walker, 22, the out son of GOP candidate Herschel Walker, has somehow managed to build himself a sizeable social media following his rightwing ramblings.
The former competitive cheerleader has been consistent in his support of Donald Trump, believes Black people are “more racist” than white people, and objects to being called “gay”, preferring to be called “a conservative who likes men”. He recently spoke out in support of Florida’s ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill.

Last week, he decided to weigh on on the current abortion debate in the US, following the leaked draft of the upcoming Supreme Court ruling on Roe v. Wade. If the SCOTUS justices sticks to the draft, it will leave it up to individual states to make their own laws on abortion.

“If you’re gonna get an abortion, you do have to get banged,” said Walker in a video he posted to social media. “So all of the blue-haired pro-choice protesters don’t need to worry much about abortions,” he added, before creasing up at his own hilarious outrageousness.
“I’m sorry, I just had to say that,” he says, composing himself.
“It’s easy to give something up when you don’t have it. It’s easy to give up shopping when you’re broke, like we all are under Joe Biden.
“So for everyone saying they’re going on a sex strike, were you getting any to begin with, ma’am? Cuz it doesn’t look like it.
“It looks like you’ve been in the drive-thru. Not in the drive up to his house category, more in the ‘I’ll take a ten-piece fried chicken.’

Christian’s father, the former footballer Herschel Walker, is running for the Georgia Senate. He is one of six contenders in the Republican Primary, due to take place May 24.
Walker Snr. has previously said he believes abortion should be illegal, including in instances of rape and incest. It seems Christian has been influenced by daddy’s thinking.

Roe v Wade I as a poor legal opinion. It invented a right in the Constitution that does not exist. Before you all attack me you should know that Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the exact same thing. All states will now be able to put the issue before the electorate which is exactly what democracy requires. Democrats scream about “ threats to our democracy “ but when an issue that they favor is done by judicial fiat they don’t want to trust democracy. Abortion in the 9th month is murder in my opinion. Once a fetus is viable outside the womb it should have rights too…life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Ginsburg did not say the right to abortion does not exist. She said that “equal protection” was a stronger arguement than “right to privacy”. She fully supported abortion rights.

“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
In simpler terms, there are rights that exist without being mentioned in the Constitution.

Roe was decided on a ‘right to privacy’ argument. Ginsburg, who was pro-choice, supported the result of the decision, but argued that an ‘equal protection’ basis would be harder to undermine. It may be true that ‘equal protection’ would have been a sturdier argument, but the conservatives on the Court have demonstrated that they will use any flimsy excuse to steamroll what they want. The SCOTUS conservatives are not jurists. They are partisan operatives.
The reason I cited the Ninth Amendment was to counter @bankrupt’s assertion that Roe was unconstitutional.
