According to an agitated poster in Reddit’s “gaybros” forum, high school senior and Sean Cody model “Noel” has allegedly been suspended and will not graduate this year after several of his bareback flicks found their way onto the principal’s desk.
The poster, who identifies himself as the cousin of Noel’s classmate, claims the budding gay porn model (and certified hottie) has been “severely bullied” since fellow classmates discovered his side job and instead of helping, school administrators have suspended him for 10 days for “causing a campus disturbance.”
His suspension will allegedly lead to “an automatic failure from absences,” and he will not be able to graduate come June.
The post continues:
Several students planned to protest by wearing support shirts, making posters, and skipping a class. The principle [sic] is threatening to automatically expel any student who joins in.
Uh, where’s the ACLU in all of this? An of-age gay porn model partakes in a completely legal activity off school grounds, and the school decides it has the authority to ruin his life? Sorry, Mr. Principal, that’s not how life works.
Or, as the top-rated commenter puts it:
A public high school is required to accept all students within its attendance boundaries and while it can suspend or expel students for disciplinary problems, it cannot punish students for lawful activities. For example, high schools cannot punish students for drinking or smoking in property not owned by the school district provided the students are abiding by federal, state, and local law as well as any lawful restrictions imposed by the property owner.
From what it sounds like, the school is punishing “Noel” for participating in a lawful activity which some of the students, faculty, and staff don’t believe he should legally be allowed to do. The latter isn’t “Noel”‘s problem and it’s the [public] school’s job to make sure that he is not harassed during the time he is on school property or participating in school sponsored activities.
Assuming this is a public school, the ACLU will likely want to get involved and the school could possibly be sued for violating the Equal Protection clause of the 14th Amendment. As there is no requirement that one be gay/bi to work in gay porn, any lack of a nondiscrimination policy concerning sexual orientation should not be an issue.
Let’s get on it, gays! A certain principal’s days are numbered and we can’t wait to plaster this sucker’s face all over the Internet next to the words GAY PORN.
robirob
I hope the ‘Noel’ takes legal action. The principal and the school cannot punish him for stuff that happen outside school grounds.
Of course the principal may already made up some accusations that legitimize his suspension (like ‘Noel’ chewing gum in class or in the halls).
Pistolo
Noel’s off to a good start. Sean Cody pays a chunk of change and if he sues the school system he will definitely win! Sha-bang!
sfbeast
The principal is very likely using school computer equipment to check on just how many videos Sean has made.
jonno333
“several of his bareback flicks found their way onto the principal’s desk….”
I think that is my favorite sentence of all.
Oh, this is gonna be good. As long as he’s 18, and it is not a parochial/Catholic school that could use some kind of “morality charge” to justify the suspension, the school is so far outside what they have any right to do. And suspending the other students for protesting it is gonna make it even more interesting. This could turn into a HUGE story. Keep us updated!
KittyLitter
@Pistolo: He made at least 20k (I believe they pay about 4k and he did 5 sex scenes (With joshua! hot!) and 1 solo)
I hope it is a public school so he can sue and have more than enough money to continue his education.
The poster on that site deleted his account so if this is true or not…who knows. Maybe it’s a stunt from a queerty user to get them to report on someone/something other than daley and the notorious cradle-robbing barebacking hypocrite.

That is definitely wrong of the school but the idea of doing porn in high school is so crazy to me. I would have never been secure enough. To each his own I guess

Legally, the school can not do that. But it got out and the boy needs to deal with the consequences of choosing to make money in such a manner. Should he be bullied? No. But do others have the right to condemn his behavior. Yes.
KittyLitter
@chaddyboy6: Not the school. Not if it’s a public school. Social consequences are one this, but the school behavior is inappropriate.
DjARD
The School had no right to do this, whatsoever. And yes, a fuss should be made.
But it’s conflicting. All this is going to do is give positive publicity to Sean Cody, something which really shouldn’t be happening. Sites like theirs, which perpetuate the gay-4-pay myth, and effectively promote homo-and-biphobia against men by enforcing that policy and its ideals, should not receive support. At all.
And if “Noel” is indeed one of those models who so insistently proclaims they’re straight and doing it for the money (a double standard which you never see with female models), then it’s hard for me to really care for what happens to him. Again, his rights have been undeniably violated, but I worry people will laud SC and the model as parts of a cause, when chances are they’re just caught in a crossfire, and really could care less about LGBT rights.

I hate to hear (read?) myself sounding my age, but still: “Where the hell are his parents?! And where the hell were they when he was making porn for Sean Cody in high school?!”

Newsflash: A porn past (or present) is going to have an impact on your future. Get used to it, “Noel”.
Stache1
@chaddyboy6: Sweety porn is legal these days and the school had no right to condemn and punish him for it.
Spike
He’s doing gay porn and he in high school, and being bullied.
Probably better to learn early there are consequences to the choices we make in life. Oh, and something tells me that he isn’t doing porn to ‘survive.’
Curtispsf
@chaddyboy6: Of course “others” have the right to their “opinions” but they can’t punish him for his off school legal behavior. The only exception might be is if he was in a religious school.
I’m guessing “Noel” may be in the right but not inclined to draw any more attention to himself for whatever personal reasons he may have. Like maybe he is playing that “gay for pay” scene.

@Profe Sancho Panza: I’m nowhere near old age, but I was thinking the same thing.

They’ve also withdrawn Valedictorian status from a pregnant graduate to be. Some schools have practices of “moral clause” and because of that they may be able to do this. The “morals clause” means they want no proof of any sex, gay, straight or otherwise.
jonry92
I don’t know him personally but relative does. Dirt poor, single mother, family struggling to stay afloat. Unwise choice in retrospect, but for an immature kid, it may have seemed like a good way to help his mom out.
Let’s face it, many models don’t come from a la-la-land that’s filled with rainbows and smiles.

In high school and doing gay porn? Jebus.
Anywho, no this isn’t right. It’s idiotic that students be “withheld” forcefully for things they’re doing out of class LEGALLY. After all, he is 18 and is seen as a legal entity in the eyes of the law. Why does the principal even care? What’s he gonna do…hold him forever?
Oh, and someone should knock sense into this kid. Bareback porn? Porn? What’s he gonna do for a career when he’s older? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
Will L
@Profe Sancho Panza: Yeah. I don’t care if he IS 18. This is NOT an appropriate after-school job for someone who is still in high school.

@Will L: Legally and morally this is so full of shit you could attend a Tea Party convention.
What you care about does not matter, in the eyes of the law and your nations constitution he is legally an adult.

So of course i looked him up on the Sean Cody website. Wow man. I mean, the balls on this kid. Props for not being shy i guess. If his bullying got so bad, that he had to be removed from the school, I do feel kind of bad for him, even though it’s the consequences of his decision. Suspension doesn’t make much sense. It’s like if an 18 year old was smoking a cigarette in public and he ran into his principal. The principal can’t say shit, because they’re not in school and he’s 18, the legal age in which a person can smoke. He was not doing anything wrong within the school grounds, the ones bullying him were. Suspension, expulsion; just archaic ways of punishment that help the school never the student.
samwise343
@chaddyboy6: Anyone condemning him can go fuck himself. I’m thankful I have the right to say that.
samwise343
@tardis: Many of the Sean Cody guys are putting themselves through school with the cash they earn. What did you do to help pay for college? And what do you do with the money you earn now?
tdx3fan
@2eo: This nation does not define adulthood. States hold that right. In Ohio, you do not become a legal adult until you graduate high school or turn 21. Regardless, we are hearing one side and rushing to judgement. The high school cannot expel him for making porn, but what if they are expelling him for other reasons? His mother or parents as well as Sean Cody should be completely ashamed for allowing this kid to destroy his future. No one will stop his future bosses from canning his ass when he is trying to afford his HIV meds after his body gives out. The viewers of Sean Cody who are mostly two to three times this kids age should also be ashamed for lusting after him.
tdx3fan
@samwise343: We are not condemning him. We feel sorry for him and I condemn the system and his parents that failed him. Few universities will accept him and Sean Cody is the next big studio to face a HIV scare… this kid gave away his future for a few thousand dollars.
stanhope
Girl please….that is not the issue. Purchase a clue. The guy was wrongfully dismissed from school. Yes where is the ACLU? Where is everyone putting pressure on the school board to terminate this principal. Egg is house, tp his trees, make his life a living nightmare. Sugar in the gas tank.
xzall
So when some porn studio goes recruiting a kid from high school to do bareback porn no one calls out Sean Cody studio for being predatory. But if this was a story about Tom Daley dating Dustin Lance Black, then DLB is attacked as being some kind of almost molester because he was once caught on video doing bareback. And Tom Daley is in that case an innocent child while this kid in high school & younger, apparently living a poor, tough life, he’s an adult? Seems people are very contradictory on what constitutes depending on who’s involved: cute diver with worldwide experience= innocent child needing protection from predatory boyfriend. But high school student doing bareback porn recruited from shady studio= adult making adult decisions.
Very contradictory but based on what’s presented here of course he shouldn’t have been suspended and he should be able to graduate so hopefully for his sake that works out.

@samwise343: He is 18 and doing porn. 18, which means that a year ago he was 17. He’s just a kid. Legally an adult, but just a kid. Look, I’m not trying to be self righteous here, but a career in porn, excuse me bareback porn, is just not a logical option. I’m not judging him, to each his own.

I didn’t know the support for exploitation of young men in gay porn has stooped this low. Let me guess “it’s legal” so everyone is cool with 18 year old vulnerable teens lured into bareback porn so producers can make big bucks, the lonely fappers behind the screen enjoy it, but the overall social, psychological and personal impact on young men will be ignored.
dewayneinsd
This is not the first time of age HS seniors have been caught doing porn. One I recall from 2012 was literally outed before his first scene went online. (He had made a porn account on Twitter) His HS (in Cali) realized he had done nothing illegal and only made efforts to make sure underage students were not sharing photos of his porn work.
He graduated HS and went on to University with no real repercussions.
Which really says something about the difference between California and Florida (Centuries?)

@tada-no: Lured..??? That is a rather naive assumption on your part…I gave my first BJ to my stepbrother at 13 and after my parents found out I was kicked out at 15 and had to live on the streets…THAT was 1975 and I think an 18 year old these days knows the score…Easy money for sex is it’s own reward and I doubt he’s some sort of prodigy that will miss out on an education.

This reminds me of my senior year after coming out and having a boyfriend. I did get suspended as well, it wasn’t technically because I was gay, I had missed some days. But the administrators in particular put me through hell. High schools have a serious problem that they think they can control the personal lives of their students. very sad.
samwise343
@tdx3fan: I don’t feel sorry for him. I applaud him. He is making a conscious decision. Appearing in adult films is not the same as doing a line of coke.

@litper: He’s not straight. In his latest video, SC mentions that this guy is into guys.
luvinlife283
@samwise343:
His job is not the problem the school’s handling of the situation is. There only job should have been to deal with the bullying aspect. Doesn’t matter why they are bullying him, it just matters that he is being bullied. Personally, I would have told them all to kiss my ass as I walked to my benz and they got on the school bus. I’d be like “thats right bitches, Im riding dick all the way to the bank. You talking about me because I make gay porn when you all obviously watched it long enough to recognize me. Want and autograph”
samwise343
@litper: And what about the bullies? Are THEY being suspended? Is expulsion in their future? I have no idea. I suspect though that the principle is just after someone gay.
samwise343
This is so wrong. I mean, it’s not like this guy is some GANG BANGER. He, um, appeared in a gay video, one where, um, he and 4 other guys pound one guy’s ass, um, um. You know what, never mind.

Isn’t the production of bareback porn illegal in CA? Maybe that’s the route they are taking with this? Either way, it was stupid of him to do it. He’s cute and all but this is going to haunt him for the rest of his life. Poor guy. I hope he invests that money right away so he has something to show for it later in life.
GlitterKidder
I question the principles of the so called principal. Shouldn’t the principles of a principal be to make sure every student succeeds? This young man is the future of our nation! I for one would like to help turn him around. Raise a body part if you’re with me!
luvinlife283
@Manchester:
His job aside, HE IS THE VICTIM, he was bullied, and he got suspended. He didn’t cause the school disturbance the bullies did. You want to talk about his job fine, but thats between him and…….no one else. Everyone is acting like he did this to himself, well by that logic a kid who is bullied because he chooses to dress a certain way brought that on himself. The fat kid that gets bullied for being fat brought that on themself. No! He was doing a legal job, and was bullied, and he got punished. The fact that it was bareback porn is another argument.

While I agree that the principal was wrong to suspend him, this is some sloppy reporting here. All for the stereotypical gay blind support of porn.
For where is the reporting on this that talks about his parents? Even if he’s 18, he is a high school student after all.
But more importantly one should ask, how do we know he didn’t fool Sean Cody? For I see no age anywhere in this post. So is he really 18? For high school seniors normally aren’t 18 by the time they graduate unless their birthdays are between January and June of their year of graduation. So he shouldn’t be 18 unless he’s been left behind, or started school late.
jamiehall
His morals and his decisions aren’t on trial here. The legal issue is the reaction of the school district, which is completely out of line. The school has failed in the eyes of its students. Period.
Would I want my 18-year-old kid to have a porn career? No, but I haven’t walked in his shoes, so I’m in no position to judge. I would bet that what he does on camera probably isn’t much different than a lot of other 18-year-olds do on a typical weekend — he’s just smart enough to get paid for it.
14156asdfg
I don’t go to his school but a friend of mine does and she has him on Facebook. From his posts and comments from friends I can conclude that
1) His mother knows about his porn work and she supports him. She had financial problems. He was really desperate for that money – it’s the only way to help his mom.
2) The school expelled him instead of the bullies because he caused “public disturbances”. It was never his fault in the first place and he didn’t fight back those bullies or anything.
3)Seniors and some parents protested. They even made banners/protest signs, filmed the whole thing, changed their facebook profile pics in support of him and set up a group on Facebook.

I just posted this on Facebook. *copy and pastes*
—
This is a long post but I encourage you all to suck it up and read it (after reading the attached article first). *jumps onto my soapbox*
This linked story is outrageous, in my opinion. I hope the ACLU rips this principal to shreds. “Noel” is 18, that makes him an adult. There’s no difference between doing porn at 18 or doing it at 30, and in my opinion it’s no different than doing any other kind of entertainment (acting, modeling, singing, etc). Yes, there’s a social stigma attached to it (“he’ll never be President”) – but if someone is doing a job that they enjoy and they aren’t hurting anyone, isn’t that all that matters? Why we be stunned and horrified to find out that an 18 year old is doing porn? Almost every sexualized image in the media is of people around the age of 18 (pop stars, teen heart throbs, reality stars, models, etc). It’s not the principal’s business what his students do when they’re of legal age and away from school grounds.
Are people who do porn beneath the rest of us? Should nobody talk about them, because it’s just too shameful and embarrassing? America’s sweetheart Marilyn Monroe did porn. Sylvester Stallone did porn and got an Oscar nomination. Helen Mirren did Caligula (extremely pornographic movie) and she’s WON an Oscar. But now in 2014, people get fired from their jobs and students get expelled for doing something completely legal.
A mother might think “Oh, I would be horrified if my son came to me and told me he was doing porn. I wouldn’t allow that”. I think that’s sad. My mom would KILL me if I did porn. It’s a JOB. There’s nothing shameful about having sex or doing it in front of a camera to entertain people. True Blood, Queer As Folk, Shameless, Game Of Thrones, and Orange Is The New Black are all critically acclaimed TV shows and basically have softcore porn scenes in EVERY episode. Alcide doesn’t get naked on True Blood for the art. It’s so you’ll hoot and holler and want to watch more. Why? Because human beings are sexual creatures. The human body is a beautiful thing *points at Joe Manganiello, as a visual aid*, and fantasies are great and freeing. Look at all of the wives and mothers who ate up 50 Shades Of Grey like it was cake.
There was a scientific study at the University of Montreal where they tried to find men in their 20s who hadn’t watched porn. They literally couldn’t find any. If all (or most) of the men of the world are watching porn and enjoying it – then WHY is it something that we all dare not speak of? Why do we SHAME porn stars in public, but enjoy or even worship them in private? People treat porn stars like they’re sexual deviants that are uneducated, narcissistic, naive, desperate, sad, or mentally ill. I personally know that’s not true, and my friends who do porn or have done porn are all great people and good friends. People look down at them like they’ve made some kind of mistake with their life, but those same people will still watch porn or steamy sex scenes in movies or TV. That’s hypocritical and wrong, and it needs to change.
Stop porn-shaming people, America. We need to get REAL and accept that EVERYONE enjoys SOME kind of porn (on the internet, on TV shows, in movies, in books, etc) and that it is a VALID form of ENTERTAINMENT. As long as it doesn’t consume your life or hurt anybody, who cares?! This guy’s life shouldn’t be ruined for doing something NORMAL and LEGAL and I think it’s great that his classmates are standing beside him, supporting him. Hopefully his family will too. Also, gay marriage and adoption should be legal, prostitution should be legal, the rich should pay more taxes, and marijuana should be legalized and regulated just like alcohol. *drops the mic and hops off his soapbox* Mikey Russo, 2016. lol

Let’s spank the principal.
Cam
The school CAN do whatever it is ALLOWED to do.
In other words, this principal CAN suspend this kid unless somebody comes in and teaches the school about the actual law. There is no use for this guy talking to the school. Get a lawyer and this suspension will be dropped immediately. They know that they have no standing in court, but until they actually think that somebody will sue they will stick with the suspension.
The problem is, certain jobs are legal but are still treated as if they aren’t. If he had been stripping at a local club would he have been suspended? Would he have been suspended if he was a waiter in a club that required a tight shirt and a pair of shorts?
The school has no standing ant the board should reverse the suspension before the principal gets them sued.
That said, the people coming on here and freaking out because the kid is worried about this getting out need to understand this. He is also an adult, and the days of doing porn and thinking nobody will find out are long gone. He made a decision to do it, it is out there, he needs to deal with it, his entire school already knows, trying to keep it quite now is closing the barn door after the animals have already escaped.
tdx3fan
@samwise343: You are right. Doing a line of coke is much more accepted and does not come with permanent on screen evidence. Even the gay community is split on the bareback porn star issue, and the straight community is pretty much against all gay porn. This kid is making decisions that will greatly impact his entire life before his capacity for making such decisions is even fully developed. He is doing this mostly because he is a product of a failed system and a lower SES background. The whole situation is beyond sad.
tdx3fan
@luvinlife283: I highly doubt this kid did porn in order to buy a new car, and you have a very silly understanding of how life works if you think the average porn star ever comes out ahead in life. Very few stars (especially gay ones) ever make it anywhere. You are more likely to die of an overdose or suicide then to be successful as a star in that world. Besides, I bet mommy dearest got every Penney as she allowed her son to exploit himself to help her pay the bills when the welfare checks did not cut it. The only real difference between a whore and a porn star is the presence of a camera.
tdx3fan
@LeNair Xavier: Add to it the fact that kids rarely fail for attendance or even grade reasons if they only miss ten days. This kid has many more issues keeping him from graduating. There is much more to this story that has not come out yet. Probably why the ACLU is not involved… they do want to link themselves with this case.
tdx3fan
@Mikey: The rich should pay more taxes because they spent their lives making intelligent decisions and working harder than anyone else but we should praise the porn star for being an idiot and making permanently life destroying decisions. Do you ever get tired of spouting this liberal trash? Also, good for your friends, but they prove nothing. They are exceptions. The sad truth is that more porn stars die young from STIs, drugs and suicide then those that ever make it to middle management. Yet, the rich should pay more taxes to fund the programs needed to help those that spent their entire lives making totally asinine decisions.
DiverTodd
Speaking as someone who has done porn, I find no problem with what this kid is doing. And, aside from the “religious community”, having done porn doesn’t “affect one’s future” like it has in the past. Yes, he IS a bit young, but he is an adult, and can make his own choices. The school also has NO say in it, since nothing involved the school itself. As for the “disruptive behavior” BS, I am SICK of reading about the victim being punished due to the behavior of the bullies; the BULLIES are the ones being disruptive (I used to get the same line at work, hearing that my appearance was “a distraction” to my co-workers). The only real issue I have is that he’s doing BB porn, something that should NOT exist, in my opinion, as it’s promoting unsafe sex. HIV is still out there, it hasn’t gone away.
SteveDenver
He doesn’t need a high school diploma, he’s doing bareback porn. Obviously he learned nothing in high school.

@Mikey: There is no accurate explanation for your point of view, there is just your collective narrative. Please tell me why those that make reasonable and rational decisions should provide handouts to those who choose not to. The only reason there is an argument for higher taxes is to increase the social safety net. Oh, and news flash, no matter what their percentage rate, rich already pay more taxes overall unless they utilize perfectly acceptable donations that everyone else already utilize. To confuse things more, I love how the left supports means testing Social Security while supporting an elimination of the $100,1000 cap (which is there because the government already has problems returning comparable benefits to pay in for top earners).

I’m no prude and I agree he should graduate and that he did nothing legally wrong, but I find it a little disturbing that he’s doing bareback porn. So many young gay men fail to understand the seriousness of HIV. Sure, it’s no longer a death sentence, but it’s still a very big health matter that involves taking potent drugs for the rest of your life and being susceptible to other illnesses.
Sean Cody is a sell-out and it’s shameful that he allows bareback sex to take place in his films. I love porn as much as any gay man does, but wrong is wrong. Money trumps ethics, I suppose.
Nijinsky
I think, the post from his facebook page speaks loads.
It’s of course an issue beyond what he has gone through, many people have been bullied, and to just dismiss it because he doesn’t want the media attention is…..
It also dismisses how gays are treated. It’s degrading to people who might do porno for a different reason than just the money. To be doing porno and not make a statement about sexual freedom, or against bullying!? And why gay porn, because he makes so much money, although he’s not gay? And he won’t make a statement about it. Someone else stated (and this is of course hearsay) that now he says he just wants to be with his girl. OK, but then if that’s true (and it’s not just hearsay) then why was he making gay porn? And you can’t separate this with the issues of homophobia or discrimination against people that have no problem with open depictions of sexuality on the screen. People can make all sorts of movies depicting violence and glorifying it, the news can be full of stories that are made out to be true but are only half true – if even that much remains, if not outright lies is all that’s left – but someone is naked on screen or has an actual orgasm and it’s supposed to be obscene in itself.
To not make a real stance leaving it at I hope it all blows over and I don’t want the media attention is, to me, as bleak a statement as deciding to go into porno because it’s easy money, or worse? And I’m not even judging the decision.
And it keeps the porno industry something for easy money, a way to exploit both the actors and the consumers.
He shouldn’t have been bullied or expelled! Is it just another convenience to ignore it till it “blows over”? As well as money and exploiting a biological reaction anyone would have (kabang), but not making a statement about sexual freedom or homosexuality?
And I’m sure he’s having “fun” and all, but what’s going on emotionally towards gay people, that in regards Sean Cody in general? In their model application it says that most of their actors are “straight,” which is a joke. It just speaks clearly that “most” of their actors aren’t really comfortable being open about their sexuality or their feelings, go with the more convenient “straight” image (whether this is for their own comfort in how they look at themselves or “society’s” perspective) and this in a possibly predatory stance towards hurt insecure gay people that get the message: “you’re right, they’re not as straight as they said they were, they’ll fuck on screen but they won’t care about your emotions, it’s just your task to be dismissed when things get too challenging. We’ll act like we can give you what you want, but make sure it’s wanting and incomplete to keep you coming back for more.”
Same goes for Hollywood, this coming from someone who can speak personally that a whole group of actors billed as being straight, and who get the top roles because of that image, aren’t at all straight; and can in fact play the role of a gay person a gay person wouldn’t get; as well as that of other roles the industry finds cause too much of a “disturbance.”

@shle896, I believe that studio is pretty good at testing protocols for HIV (including viral load testing to limit the window period) and may even be using PrEP in addition to that. People are probably more likely to get HIV from a Grindr hookup than from participating in a Sean Cody video.

Don’t know what was flagged in my original post so let’s try again with self-censorship of everything that might possibly be a trigger:
@shle896*, I believe that stud*o is pretty good at testing protocols for HIV (including viral lo*d testing to limit the wind*w period) and may even be using PrEP in addition to that. People are probably more likely to get HIV from a Gri*dr hookup than from participating in a Se*n C*dy video.

@kittylitter: Was I not posing a question in MY FIRST POST about the legality of the production of bareback porn in CA or did you miss that one while jumping on your high horse? Obviously you are content in wallowing in the shit of gay drama, so have at it. Go sue someone already as that’s been your advice twice so far in this thread. It always amazes me how queens automatically jump on their own in these “discussions” right off the bat. Get a backbone or better yet, some dignity. Doing bareback porn is not healthy, is not “art”, is not a form of “expression” and certainly is not cute. It doesn’t take much talent to lay there and let someone pound your ass, nor does it express “who you are” other than you’ll screw on camera for money. I genuinely feel bad for this kid as he’s going to regret this if he hasn’t already.

@tdx3fan: Incorrect in part. Yes, states determine the age of majority, but it is NOT tied to high school or the age 21 in Ohio.
Ohio State Code:
3109.01 Age of majority.
All persons of the age of eighteen years or more, who are under no legal disability, are capable of contracting and are of full age for all purposes.
“His mother or parents as well as Sean Cody should be completely ashamed for allowing this kid to destroy his future.”
Why should having sex on camera ruin your future? In the age of selfies and Tumblr, how is this even relevant?

It’s time to start a change.org petition!

@Kenny1948:
It does seem weird because he is in high school and I do think they should have at least a high school diploma before doing porn, However, he is legally 18 and by law can legally do porn, high school graduate or not.
Age matters not the diploma.

@mikey what the fuck? You just revealed his real name

@Mikey: Maybe if you spent a little more time working, and a little less time expecting the rest of us to pay more taxes to support your ass, you wouldn’t have so much free time to end up doing exactly what the kid (who you spend so much time defending) didn’t want you to do.
Maybe you should pull that soapbox of yours over to the nearest corner and sit on it for a while.
redspyder
@Mikey: With your liberal hand out for your “fair share” of someone else’s money, I know exactly who you are. Congrats on your Youtube University education, by the way.
I notice you haven’t addressed your dick maneuver. I know that about you too – deflect, deflect, deflect and hope no one calls you on it.

@Mikey congrats. Now freaks are adding Noel on Facebook thanks to you. Thank you so much for posting that link, now everyone can stalk his facebook. You’re such a dumb fucking queen you know that?
I think we should set up our own Support Noel fan page. Seriously don’t you gays even respect porn actors private life anymore? Jesus.
Your have the ugliest hair that I’ve ever seen.
14156asdfg
@Mikey: As a gay community, we demand respect and putting an end to discrimination but sadly you and other queens are doing this. Thank you for proving that gay people are nothing but a bunch of horny creepers that would do anything to intrude porn actors life. Happy now you desperate queens? Satisfied with your perverted sick and disgusting sexual fantasies?

WHY CAN’T WE JUST LEAVE THIS GUY ALONE? YES WE CAN HELP HIM, CALL ACLU, CALL HIS SCHOOL BOARD, THAT BITCH OF A PRINCIPAL AND ANYONE RESPONSIBLE.
Seriously you guys stop adding him and his friends on Facebook. Creepy perverted fuckers.

@Mikey: please ban this guy named Mikey Russo https://www.facebook.com/MikeyRu

@14156asdfg, get a grip. He’s an actor and therefore a public figure. He and his friends obviously wouldn’t have publicly accessible Facebook accounts if they were that concerned about privacy, so stop acting as if you are his spokesperson. I am sure he would have made his account private if he wanted to. And he is not a child that his name should be withheld, and being over 18 it is okay for people to lust after him without being called perverts. Jeez.
viveutvivas
Oh, and by the way, you seem to misunderstand how Facebook works. You cannot add someone on Facebook unless they add you back.
14156asdfg
You guys are pathetic.

Sean, sue the hell out of the principal and the district. Set the standard for all those folks that will follow in your foot steps.
@Article writer, what ever happened to the five W’s of journalism…i.e. name of the town, school district, principal. The exclusion of this basic information silences the reader from taking action of support and feedback to the school district.
