There’s the finance guy who sued his employer for calling him gay because he’s a vegetarian. There’s the Microsoft Xbox staffer who sued his bosses for letting colleagues brand him “Fag Boy Jim.” Now Christopher Perez, who is gay, joins the list of employees suing the higher ups over anti-gay harassment. A marketing manager at Wolff Olins (a branding company that’s currently working on the 2012 London Olympics campaign) Perez claims in a New York lawsuit that he was dismissed after complaining about his supervisor Dean Crutchfield’s gay taunts, which included calling him “HIV Boy.” Terrible. But so are the insults. What, no “Copywriting Cock Sucker” or “M4M Manager”? So much for creativity at creative agencies.

aww, japhs! you’re adorable — how long did it take you to make that pic for this story out of pie crust and noodles?
a+ for effort. 😉

Those comments over at that linked page get pretty nasty and personal. Both Mr. Perez and his employer Mr. Crutchfield are apparently well known.

when you make someones race,gender,sexuality a negative thing(“joke”)that should never be tolerated!time to grow up and realize the power of words(which we see form mass opinions)

@dgz: Having seen Wolff Olins’ design for the London 2012 logo (which is vile) I rather suspect that it was they who designed that pic. Wolff Olins are the design world’s equivalent of 1960s architecture – they should be permitted to exist purely to show future generations how not to do it.

@tavdy79:
o_m_g_ just googled — you’re right — it’s atrocious! looks like an MC Hammer redesign of the Saved by the Bell logo.
