Iowa Voters Have Other Crap to Deal With Besides Gay Marriage

Wasn’t the legalization of gay marriage supposed to make homosexuality a big wedge issue in Iowa politics? Some prophecies don’t come true! Iowa voters, who head to the primary polls today, are more concerned about finding a job, keeping their homes, and balancing the state budget than they are about some queers down the cul de sac enjoying the misery of marriage. And while elected officials might still be concerning themselves with the M-word (and camping), their constituents are not.
