Just four out of 435 House members are openly gay, but at least we have some. And now Ireland is about to have two of its own: Dominic Hannigan (pictured) and John Lyons will next week join Ireland’s Congress, known as the Dáil, as the first-ever openly gay lawmakers. Both are Labor Party members.
