So as festive as the month of December can be it also means that Movember is officially over and all the sexy guys who grew out their facial hair to raise awareness for testicular cancer (bless them) are probably going to shave it off. My beard is not a fad, a fashion statement or a fundraising gimmick. It has been a part of my face for the last 38 years with a couple of brief interruptions. I would no sooner shave it off than I would shave the hair off my head, my chest or my legs. They’re all part of who I am.
