Meeting at the pool. Hitting the water slides. Playing flashlight tag. Isn’t this how all young love begins? In the short film Eu e o Cara da Piscina (crudely translated as I and Face of the Swimming pool), we witness young lust at its most innocent. (It’s in Portuguese, not that you need to understand the language.)

FYI ‘cara’ can (and in this case probably does) mean ‘guy’.
Portuga
“Cara” is also slang for man, dude, etc, so a better translation of the title would be “Me and the Guy from the Pool”
Red Meat
The “I” goes last, translation rule 🙂
@J: Its “The Pool Guy and I” or “The Pool Face and I” so I think they mean guy in this situation.

Cute, albeit slightly arty!
Scrufff
in Portuguese vernacular it better translates to, “Me and the Pool Guy”

Is there a version with subtitles?

Wonder why they didn’t title this post . . .
” . . . makes me think everyone is going to get AIDS” ???
CJ Maciejeski
@Spike: Because they aren’t tweaking and barebacking with random assorted strangers to the sick beats of circuit dj’s?
Charlie Jackpot
