What is it about Neil Patrick Harris that makes him the perfect villain? Whether it’s Dr. Horrible or Barney on How I Met Your Mother, NPH just kills it as someone audiences love to hate. Which made his turn last night on Glee as Bryan Ryan just, well, saccharine, even if he was trying to take down our resident hero!

How come it stops playing at 1:15?
Looks fun, though.

I loved and hated him in the episode. Job well done! He was so evil at times I wanted to punch him but then on a dime turn so sweet I quickly fell back in love with him. I am just sad he was a “straight” character. Straight men don’t have that kind of range of emotions…typically. The underlying part was fit for a ‘mo.

It’s Neil’s world. We just live in it.

I don’t know. I think NPH is good but he’s really not all that. Maybe it was the format he was in. Maybe if I saw him in a major film as a baddie I can judge better.

I thought Newsweek said gays can’t play straights?

It was hilarious. Some of his mannerisms during the “Dream On” duet were juuuuust a tad femme, but whatever.

Neil was fantastic and he has an amazing voice, and that he managed to hit the high notes – is an incredible achievement he is just amazing in everything he do.
And neil & David are the hottest couple out there.

He was fun playing the Music Meister. My favorite of his villains.
