Two men were sentenced to life in prison for murdering twenty-two year old British gay man David Redman, whose body was never recovered. Said Redman’s family: “Our lives will never be the same again, we will always live with the knowledge that we have never had the opportunity to draw any permanent line or put a stop to this. We have not had the opportunity and probably never will to lay David to rest in the normal sense of the word. We pray that wherever he is, that he is at rest.” [Kent Online]

i read about this through bbc, and they stated that the people that killed him were a couple straight couple that david was very good friends with. and they got 15-20 years in jail to killing him and then throwing him in water.

josh you are right it was a couple who done this to David.i know this because it was my brother and his girlfriend who done it. and believeme im the first one to be digusted and ashamed of him. what he done was absolutly horrendous and he deserves every punishment seved to him,and the same for his girlfriend.

Wow, Kel, thats horrible I am sorry that a family member did such a shocking thing. This is just a bad situation for everyone.

thanks for your kind comment.alot of people are quick to judge the rest of our family because of him, but just because he is capable of such a bad thing does not mean that we are.but we are not the victims in this it is poor davids family i feel bad for.but at the same time it it hard for us to come to terms with this.how are you meant to cope and handle things when you know a menber of your own family is a murderer?
