No, the guy pretty much got almost everybody in the church.
Also, Republicans and the NRA wanted to legalize silencers and were pushing hard for it. If they had done that, the Texas Terrorist could have legally bought one and then those people outside the church may not have heard anything and been able to chase him.
Oh, and one last thing, if it wasn’t legal for sporting goods stores to sell assault rifles, gee, THAT could have stopped this also.
