Keith Phoenix, 30 (pictured, right), whose previous trial ended in a mistrial, was convicted Monday night by a Brooklyn jury of second-degree murder as a hate crime in the disgusting slaying of José Sucuzhanay, as well as attempted assault as a hate crime for also going after José’s brother Romel Sucuzhanay — the highest charges prosecutors sought. He faces 40 years in prison at his August 5 sentencing, just like Hakim Scott (pictured, left).

Their homophobia is not unique to the black community but it’s indicative of a rotten mind set nonetheless. The one on the right has gay face.

Good thing they’ve already been plucking their eyebrows, it will make them look nicer when they are forced into make-up and traded for cigarettes inside.
Hilarious

@Hilarious: Well said, and I second that…

@Hilarious: Now. Now. You have to be nice to Jason. Whenver he sees a black force he feels compelled to opine about black homophobia. He can’t help himself. Sure his yammerings never make sense, but like southerners always say when they really want to be mean: “Bless his heart.”
