So happy to read a positive review, however you are missing a few things..The video has 4 songs on it from ARTPOP to VENUS to GUY to MANICURE.. Plus, how can you say there is no plot? Clearly about the music industry taking her money shooting her down from fame in 2013- then rebirth from Venus into GUY.

Uhm, it’s going to take a lot more spangly things and cameos and backup dancers before I forget about her “Born this Way Foundation” scam.

That really was a damn good video. I kind of understood it as the men in suits representing power and domination. She’s then rescued and decides to create a prefect man by extracting the blood of Michael Jackson, Jesus and Gandhi. She goes to their headquarters and infiltrates the building along with two powerful women. Literally. So, I think it’s a video where women take control…or something like that.

Either way, I loved the video. It’s a whole lot of fun.

Andy Cohen isn’t “God”, he’s Zeus. I take it the don’t teach Mythology in high school anymore. At least watch the old Harry Hamlin movie “Clash of the Titans” with Zeus, Venus and Poseidon all peaking through the clouds playing games with the mortals below.

@Snapper59: I thought he was Eros, son of Aphrodite in the video, or at least who they were going for since the song is about sexuality.

Eros….Zeus….Venus…Poseidon. Who cares. He’s not supposed to be “God”.

Ah ah – check the long long list of credits at the end. “Zeus”.

I don’t believe in God, but I certainly believe in hot Greek Gods. Being Polythsistic is awesome.

I think Lady Gaga finally got the message. Her fans don’t want to see her smear paint on her face like she’s an inmate in a mental institution. She has a good pop voice and creative spirit.

I’m happy this is getting such a positive response. Artpop was so underrated and G.U.Y. was one of my favorite songs off the album.

Very interesting video. This is the first time I have seen anyone film a music video at Hearst Castle in San Simeon, California. If you have never been there, it is a very interesting tour with exceptional examples of historical architecture and lots of nude statues. ;)

Did Lady Gaga’s team pay you for this? Considering all you’ve always been towards her is super shady.

Sorry, but she lost me last week with her puke “performance art”. If she was a true “artist”, she wouldn’t have to keep reminding us every five minutes. She takes herself far too seriously and tries too hard. Madonna she’s not.

@Marc: So, it’s the media’s fault that Art Pop was an awful album? Whatever.

@shle896: What? I never said that- I said it was nice to read a positive review. To each his own. Why do we feel the need to compare women artists, NO she is not Madonna and she is not Katy Perry. Does she need to be Madonna? Should we hold Madonna as the person we rate other artists by? Go back to the 90’s when she was great and let me know.

@shle896: Yeah, about as awful an album as most of the other pop releases from last year seeing as it matched everyone of them in terms of critic reviews. And how to know someone ignorant who doesn’t know what they’re talking about? The useless inane Madonna comparisons that both women have said they do not want. So talks Capt. Obvious, of course she’s not Madonna and doesn’t want to be, just like Madonna herself has said they’re both their own people

Forget Lady Gaga….it has Queen Lisa Vanderpump in it. That is epic and drool worthy. I love anything Vanderpump!!

G.U.Y is probably my favourite Lady Gaga song and I’m pretty sure it’s the new anthem for power-bottoms the world over.

Absolutely loved the quadtych style video. (Geddit?)
