Jay Leno’s prepared to make-up for his “gay face” ways. The sometimes-funny man will appear tomorrow at a West Hollywood rally for gay marriage. From Marc Malkin:
The Tonight Show host decided to make an appearance in support of the recent legalization of gay marriage by California’s Supreme Court.
“He said that he is from Massachusetts and that the sky did not fall in their state when marriage equality became the law of the land there,” a rep for the event said. “He wants to impress upon everyone here in California that the sky will not fall here either.”
TR Knight and Judy Shepard will also appear at the event, which encourages voters to come out against the proposed amendment rebanning gay marriage in California. While it’s a great message, aren’t they preaching to the WeHo choir?
Vince
Not necessarily to the choir. They have to get out and vote.

Well, at least it’ll engergise the WeHo boys to get out there and start campaigning for votes!
Woof
Unless there is meth there, the WeHo “boys” won’t be there.

I don’t like Leno and my first reaction was “too little, too late,” but now I think it’s great. Almost any well known person, especially someone who is not really known for their liberal views, supporting gay marriage is a good thing.

Nice move. All is forgiven.

Way to go, Jay.
