Okay, so you’re a morning person — fine. But are you the most morning person?
The answer is no unless your name is Andrew Gordon-Watkins, a dancer from London who recently posted a Facebook video demonstrating just how he gets out of bed.
(Hint: it’s with a lot of high kicks set to Merry Clayton’s ’80s cheese platter “Yes.”)

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Make a note of just how stridently perky and optimistic he is. It’ll be inspiration to soak in before ducking back under the sheets.

I was cringing watching this. Every aspect was cringe worthy from the song to the dancing to the outfit and also the hair.

It was fun but the lip sinc was atrocious.

As someone who likes to rise at the crack of noon, which it pleases me to do, just thinking about all that activity early some morning makes nearly nauseous. When my man Bunter enters with the tea tray and pulls back the curtains to wake me, I can just barely lean forward for him to stack up the pillows to sit me upright to read the morning paper, properly ironed, of course. Only after I have been fortified by several cups of Constant Comment Orange Pekoe and a couple of Mrs. McCarthy’s award-winning strawberry scones can I even THINK about crawling into the shower to start the day.

All I can say is if he is that perky that early it’s no wonder that he’s waking up alone. And if he has that much energy it’s likely he went to bed alone as well.
