Well, it’s official. Carpool Karaoke with James Corden can end now. It’s reached the pinnacle. There is just no getting better than this.

The Queen of Pop herself, Madonna, joined Corden for a ride through New York City where they talked about everything from her desire to be a nun growing up, to her eclectic taste in men, to that time she made out with Michael Jackson.

How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
The duo belts out some of Madonna’s biggest hits, including “Vogue,” “Ray of Light,” “Papa Don’t Preach,” and “Bitch I’m Madonna,” among others. Of course, there’s also plenty of dancing and twerking during the nearly 15-minute ride, which culminates with Madonna sticking an entire leg out the car window and grinding up against the side of the vehicle for pedestrians.

Relevent to the article? She’s not relevent to queerdom. Why bring her up especially here? She showed she doesn’t believe in – sexual freedom, body freedom, free expression, private parts are private property, individual religious freedom.
She died the moment she adopted two boys so she could degrade them in their most intimate place, by amputating their foreskins aka the Crown Jewels for it’s the primary sensory part of the penis (The Royal Australasian College of Physicians). Intact genitals are a human right. Sexuality shouldn’t be dictated by a knife. And you can’t be free, can’t have sexual freedom, when you’ve been forced to endure having 75% less sexual receptors. She straitjacketed their penises by their own skins. EVIL. My comment only applies to M.

Madonna looks like a 60 year old Eastern European house-wife desperately holding on to the vestiges of youth. James Corden must be desperate for publicity.

At this point she has nothing to prove.

She only adopted one boy. She has two biological children, one boy, Rocco born in 2000, and Lourdes born in 1996. She has adopted a boy and a girl as well.

Sad.

My God, I hate James Corden.
Unfunny, talentless, loud-mouthed.

Not sure why people judge Madonna to a different standard when she is in a class of her own. Is it sad when Cher wears her if I could Turn Back Time see-through outfit or her Half Breed outfit at age 70? When Mariah at 50 continues to weR gowns her breasts hardly stay contained in? When Janet is now having a baby? That Diana Ross is still performing? When Tina Turner still shows off her legs? Grow up, people.

@graphicjack: Bravo. Well said.

Madonna is and always will be THE QUEEN!! Only jealous, hateful, toxic, negative, IRRELEVANT people talk trash about others.

Never been a fan, and this video makes it quite clear just how ordinary her singing voice is (Corden has MUCH better intonation and support!!). But she is clearly a consummate entertainer, in much better shape than many women much younger than her, and at least in this instance a good sport. And she paved additional lengths in the road to success for female artists into showmanship (from Josephine baker and Sophie Tucker, on through Bette Midler and Madonna to Lady Gaga).
She is very much like Sammy Davis Jr. (who many millions of people loved) was: an entertainer who works very hard to entertain their fans but more a dancer and “personality” than a singer. Her original training was in dance (ballet) and it shows. As for the shrill queen going on about circumcision, one study does not science make, and research about loss of sensation among those circumcised as adults is inconclusive at best. Her decision to circumcise her kids is odd (as she is not Jewish or Muslim), but no big deal…get over it.

Madonna has the it quality. She has an energy that few entertainers have. Even with a singing voice that is often overshadowed by James Corden, some “work” to her face, and an unplaceable, weird accent – she still shines. I don’t say a word of that to insult her. She’s an unstoppable force, an amazing dancer, and an entertainer to which no pop star can be compared.

Madonna is manufactured, and sleazy. Her image titillated sleazy straight guys. If people think she was on the side of gay-identifying men, they are hugely stupid or wantonly blind.
Nobody did more to trash the image of women in general – nobody. She proved that some women will do anything for attention – anything. All she did was reinforce the idea that women will often accept cash to demean themselves in front of men.
If there are some gay-identifying men out there who still admire her, you are either senseless or gormless. There is no in-between. Oh, and did I mention that you might be borderline trans? Any man who worships at a woman’s feet for no good reason has got to be borderline trans.

She’s starting to look worse than Cher. Did you check out those cat eyes and lip fillers?

Wow, there’s so much negativity about Madonna coming from this group. WTF? I enjoyed this, James Corden is amazing and having worked for M she is an amazing person. Honest and far more kind than what some say of her.
Yes, the MSM has always had a love/hate relationship with her, but that’s the persona she presents in public. In private she is far more fun, kind, and gracious. That’s not coming from anything but my opinion of her. I don’t need to be quiet about people I like or dislike because I will tell it like it is. She is great.
As for you haters out there, why haven’t you made the £$£$£$ that she has? Her concerts are sold out in minutes. She’s a damn hard working performer, and when you accomplish the fame and wealth from your work come back and tell us about how you feel about her. Cher, Madonna, and Tina Turner get a lot of BS about what they do to remain good looking. How many women with their achievements can still work it like you just watched the 18-minute video?
Be nice.

Actually it was ADELE who “Showed us how it’s done” … !

I was a huge fan of Madonna in the 80’s & 90’s though not so much in the 21st century, she was suited to that time her music appealed across the board and She alone broke the glass ceiling for women in music by proving a woman can do anything a man can, though at times, she in my opinion went to far. She was in the end more noted for her outrageous behaviour than for her music, which was sad as she did make some excellent records. VOGUE was her peak & even now over 25 years later it still sounds fresh and hasn’t dated at all like a lot of her other stuff has. I agree she is in great shape but a 50+ year old woman dressing like an 18 year old is kind of sad. When she was throwing her legs behind her head in the ‘Sorry’ video it brought to mind the old saying of ‘Just because you can doesn’t mean you should’ it wasn’t pretty and looked desperate. She wears the gloves all the time now because her hands have aged, it doesn’t bother me to see that – she’s earned those wrinkles. She can still appeal to the youth of today, and they’d probably listen more if she stopped trying to dress like them and developed her own style for this stage in her life. Cher still appeals and is relevant without being mutton dressed as lamb… She’s done her bit now it’s up to this generation to carry the torch the Katy Perry’s, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift etc. Maybe if she thought about making great music rather than keep knocking out sub standard- mediocre albums she’d have the big sellers again and would also be more relevant without appearing desperate.

@Frank McGinness: I must have missed something, I failed to see any mention of foreskins, why such a rant on something that’s none of your business?

We’re not going to see anymore ‘ old lady’ celebrities any more. I’m old enough to remember Ethel Merman on the tonight show or Ella Fitzgerald as old woman. Now they are all going to look fake young… not old but weird.

This was fun to watch. I have to admit i have been overly judgmental of madonna over the years, like she owes me something. I finally filled in that chip on my shoulder because i really enjoyed this.
