Those “straight bait” videos you see on your favorite XXX website? They’re often — but not always — clips of consensual sex between gay or bisexual performers. In real life, however, straight-baiting can be a criminal offense, as Duerte Xavier is no doubt learning.
Xavier stands accused of tricking four straight men into having sex with him. He allegedly catfished the men by posing as a woman on dating apps and inviting them to hookups either in local parks or in his home in southwest London — on the condition that they wear blindfolds throughout the encounter.

The 33-year-old is now faced with six counts of “causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent” with a trial underway at Kingston Crown Court, according to The Independent.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Xavier denies all the charges, and his defense counsel claims an alleged victim of Xavier’s knew he was meeting a man and was engaging in roleplay.
One of Xavier’s alleged victims said he met Xavier on the dating app Lovoo, where the accused was calling himself Anna. The man went to Xavier’s flat and put on a blindfold on before his host emerged.
While receiving oral sex, he pulled off the blindfold and “saw this man with a beard,” he said in court. “I slapped this man in his face once or twice, and I said, ‘Why didn’t you tell me the truth?’”
Another man said he received oral sex from Xavier, as well, while the two others claimed they performed anal sex on him under the impression they were having vaginal sex.

One of the men who claims to have been duped into anal sex with Xavier said the person he met in a park sounded “feminine” when giving him instructions.
“It was her telling me about keeping the blindfold on, standing where I was because then she was going to go and leave the vicinity before I did,” he said. “It was different. I have not experienced anything like that before.”
According to The Sun, the man had 20 minutes of anal sex with Xavier — after 10 minutes of oral sex that he described as “quite pleasant.”

Gay, straight, man, woman, manipulating or tricking or drugging or filling someone with booze to get them into a sexual encounter they would not normally agree to under regular circumstances is wrong and needs to be punishable as such. If you have to use any sort of chemical or blindfold or anything else in order to get someone to have sex with you when their normal response would be no, then your clearly barking up the wrong tree.
Plus this whole attitude some gay men have of straight men being the ultimate prey and trophy needs to stop as well. There are millions of decent and lonely gay men out there who would love to find a sexual and/or romantic partner but they get looked over because they are gay and are already too easy to get for some gay men because there’s no hunt. Straight men manipulating women into sex is called rape, gay men luring straight men into sex should be called the same thing.
scotshot
Anyone putting on a blindfold without meeting / seeing the person deserves what they get – pun intended.
thisisnotreal
@scot that’s like saying any man or woman who dresses in a revealing way deserves the sexual advances and/or rape they incur. Is it foolish and ignorant to go into a sexual encounter with a blindfold and not knowing what to expect? Yes. But is it wrong to go into a sexual encounter expecting it to go the way you were told it would go? No
jjose712
No, sorry but that’s not true at all, when you put a blindfold you are putting yourself in a very risky situation. One thing is doing it with someone you trust, but with someone you don’t even know? that’s asking for trouble.
And it could end even worse.
The accused must have very low self steem and inferiority complex, why lure straight men into doing something they don’t want when you could do it with gay men

This is pathetic overkill leaking from the anti-sex wing of the feminist movement.
The British are correct – rape involves some form of penetration. Any man who claims he was damaged from getting head was deranged BEFORE the attention – or maybe he’s just greedy and planning a lawsuit.

There are so many things wrong in the USA I can’t believe the prosecutor has time to deal with this stupidity. It is risky enough having sex with a total strangers (possible rape, robbery, assault; diseases) but to wear a blindfold? Did no one learn any life lessons in youth?

Does consent matter? Tell Judge Kavanaugh what you think about his behavior. His home address is:

Post this on other sites and social media.

That would be moronic because then you risk being arrested for stalking. Sending a letter like that is considered a felony, but go right ahead. You can join him in prison. 😉

This is outrageous and Queerty should remove your post immediately!

Even if he lived alone, this is wrong, but he also has a family who would be affected by this scheme. This is not a good idea.

All these “straight” men with their burst egos need to go whine to their girlfriends instead of blaming the burst ego on someone else for their sexual escapades. If you have consensual sex with someone, that is your own fault for not showing some discretion about who you are having sex with. PERIOD. Did you consent to it or not? If not then it is rape. Drop the attitudes of regret for something you made the decision to do. If someone asks you to put on a blindfold is that rape? No. Is it consensual? Yes. Done. Live with it and move on. Do your homework next time.

The victims consented to sex with someone they thought was a female, not with a male. It is not only sex without consent, but fraud, which is also a crime. were these men stupid, yes, but a crime was indeed committed against them. Victim shaming is NEVER okay, regardless of the circumstance.

This is seemingly becoming more common. As deceitful as it is, I do have to question how dumb these straight boys are to be that desperate for sex they’d agree to be blindfolded with someone they’ve never met. Stupid men.

I understand there are different writers here. But I thought this site’s official claim was that men could still have sex with men and remain “straight”, while gay-identifying men having sex with women “becomes” bi/queer?
Also, I don’t want to “victim blame”, but you’re meeting a stranger through an app/website just for a hook-up and they’re asking you to be blindfolded or fvck through a door/sheet. You’re not suspicious of that, like at all? And yes, this obsession (sometimes criminal and pathological obsession) many gay-identifying men have with hooking up with or worshiping straight-identifying (or sometimes any dude who says he’s not gay) is quite pathetic. The amount of hetero worship and internalized homophobia that pervades so many gay-identifying men is partly why so many end up completely giving up on relationships before they even hit middle age.
crowebobby
They could have unknowingly been having sex with a minor (of either sex) which would have gotten them in very deep shit.
Jaroslaw
Crowe- our laws about minors are long overdue for revision. Any minor who steals a credit card to get on an adult site to hookup then lies about their age and usually has fake ID to get into an adult club is at least 50 % at fault. (even if one can have a credit card at under 18 wouldn’t it provide the age info? I stand corrected if I have wrong info about the credit card but the minor still has some responsibility)
tonytrouble
Two of them could have been having sex with sheep and been blissfully unaware it wasn’t a beautiful woman. Anyone with an IQ higher than that of a chicken would never have spoken about this again. They should be sending this guy flowers not trying to have him prosecuted.
Rock-N-RollHS
Deceit, yes. Rape, no. Assault, uh uh.
For all those railing against the deception, it’s a slippery slope to arrest someone for such deceit that could very easily be used against a trans woman for either killing them or having them arrested for, as the “victim” could claim, identifying as a woman but having a penis.
I raise this point bc many on the left are pro trans rights but quick to rail against such perceived deceit when perpetrated by a gay cisgender man. (It doesn’t matter that you don’t consider a trans woman deceiving a man in the same way; the straight “victim,” and his lawyer, could very easily argue deceit, with such cases as these used as precedent.)
I think the above situation has more legal ground for the illegal film of the sex act which could, unfortunately, harm someone personally and professionally. Such is life in the panopticon.
franknaves
I am floored at some of these posters saying that this was not rape and they got what they deserved. That is absolutely disgusting. Yes, these men made a stupid decision by putting on the blindfold but that doesn’t mean that they consented to sex with another man. Rape is rape. What he did was rape. These men would have said no if they had known. Gays that chase nothing but straight men and tricking them, make the rest of us look bad and to me it’s embarrassing.

“The man went to Xavier’s flat and put on a blindfold on before his host emerged.”
I couldn’t believe that there are actually people stupid enough to be blindfolded while having sex with a random person.

Wait a minute… a sex-with-straight-guys article that was NOT written by Graham Gremore?!?
What the heck is going on?!? Did Graham’s laptop get stolen while he was on vacation?
