Mark Dayton is still leading Tom Emmer in Minnesota’s governor’s race, but his lead is slipping, according to the most recently polling data, which also shows gains for independent candidate Tom Horner gaining some ground. “Dayton’s 38 percent and Emmer’s 36 percent support place the two within the statistical margin of error of 3.9 percent. The Republicans are characterizing this as a loss for Dayton.”
