Michael Bloomberg was completely eviscerated on stage during last night’s Democratic debate in Nevada.
The 78-year-old multi-billionaire, who just lasted year called trans people “it,” was attacked by pretty much every other candidate, but perhaps the worst of the blows came from Elizabeth Warren who, within the first five minutes of the debate, delivered this one-two-three-four gut punch:
I’d like to talk about who we’re running against: A billionaire who calls women fat broads and horse-faced lesbians. And no, I’m not talking about Donald Trump. I’m talking about Mayor Bloomberg. Democrats are not going to win if we have a nominee who has a history of hiding his tax returns, of harassing women and of supporting racist policies like redlining and stop-and-frisk.”
And, it turns out, she was just getting started.
Throughout the evening, Warren took some major swings at Bloomberg, landing nearly every single one. She accused him of being racist and sexist, took him to task for forcing women to sign non-disclosure agreements then refusing to release them, criticized him not releasing his tax returns, lambasted his non-apology for his discriminatory stop and frisk policy, and called him an “arrogant billionaire” right to his face.
For the most part, Bloomberg stood there wearing a dumbstruck expression on his face, completely speechless and likely second guessing his decision to spend a reported $400 million of his own money to run for president.
Put simply, it was a very bad night for Bloomberg. And then came the memes…

Warren showed us that Bloomberg isn’t used to anybody disagreeing with him.
And his testicles make a lovely set of earrings for her.
Chrisk
It also shows just how close Bloomberg and Trump are to each other. They’re not used to being talked to like that. Just a bunch of yes men patties in their circles. Much less by a woman.

Really time for the gay community to get smart once and for all regarding the democrats aka libera;s who in reality have done ZILCH for us.. These liberals look at the gay community along with the Latinos and blacks as nothing more than fools to be pandered to for votes, nothing more. These three, lizzie liawatha warren, ‘yiddiot’s sanders and bloomberg are nothing but communists running under the lesser offensive moniker ‘democratic socialists” . Mark my words if God forbid any of these thieves get in, kiss all your hard earned money , savings, IRA’s etc goodbye as these thieving socialists practice and force everyone else other than themselves ”wealth redistribution , in simpler terms taking from the working and rich to pay for all the freebies doled out to the non contributors’ aka the deadbeats, freeloaders, leeches and parasites and those too damned lazy to get off their asses and get jobs or refuse to work. along with the slugs who think the government owes them a living..And when the money runs out the system collapses. For a real look at socialism, check out Venezuela for as real as it gets, For a good look at communism, take a good look at china, russia and north korea. For once gay community needs to get smart and reject these disgusting Anti American ‘all for me and F**K everyone else as long as i live my luxury lifestyle, the rest of America can ear S**T , hit the gutter and rot;” liberals who’ve proved time and time again they’re only about themselves and themselves only. Time long overdue for the gay community to get smart, and the soon the better.

@winemaker
I have great news for you. Both Warren and Sanders want to strengthen our eduction system and make it significantly more affordable. That means you would have the opportunity to participate and wouldn’t have to embarrass yourself with your incoherent writing. You would also learn the actual definitions of communism and socialism.

@winemaker And you think Republicans and conservatives have been good to LGBTQ? If you lived through the 90’s, never mind decade before, you know what an uphill battle it was against conservatism and fake christian values of Republican Party to even be able to just come out and live with dignity. During that time which paved the way for marriage equality, even liberal democratic politicians had to weigh between what they know to be right and humane and the public opinion. But we did it with support of the progressives. Also, liberals are not the ones who want to do away with government assistance for the poor and disadvantaged. That’s a conservative attitude, thus the Trump tax cut for the wealthy. Drink more wine you make instead of kkkool-aid.

Warren is Brutal as hell, thats why we stan her.

$400 million dollars doesn’t come to one percent of his personal net worth (as in what he has reported). Folks, we may as well face it. What we saw last night were three men (Bloomberg, Sanders and Biden) who know they are too old to be running for president with one (Biden) speaking several times in a tone that sounded like a man who has suffered a stroke. Seriously, I think Biden and Sanders will be dead within the next three years or incapacitated where they just might be removed from office due to health reasons were they to win. Its like watching 1972 all over again when the democrats could do no better than George McGovern (and trust me, McGovern was scraped from the bottom of the barrel). Trump knows he is free to humiliate publicly whomever he chooses and say whatever he wants because there is no one on either side to replace him. This is cynicism at its worst because no one from his own party can stand up to him in the polls regardless of how much of a lowlife he has proven to be. I’ll bet the first thing he does upon winning in November (and it looks like he will) is start trying to change the Amendment that only allows him two terms. Once again I am not voting in the presidential election. Its simply a waste of time when the victor is already known years before.

Cynicism isn’t wisdom. Your mother raised a dolt.

Damn you are such an idiot that they’ve got to redefine it in the dictionary. Waaaa…I don’t get the candidate that I want so I’m just going to sit on my fat lazy-ass at home and type about how above it all I am.
CarrieV
I get where you’re coming from. But PLEASE just vote “NOT TRUMP” this November. Don’t let your well-deserved cynicism rob you of your right to democracy. Donald is garbage. He *will* win again because of people who say they “hate him, but what can we do?”
His constant bullying and tearing down of society, as well as his nasty little acolytes doing the same, has created an apathy in many of us who just say, “aw screw this, it ain’t worth it”. BUT IT IS WORTH IT. Vote. Get your trump-weathered friends and family to vote also. He WILL remain in office if we don’t vote him out. Duh.
Dick Gozinia
Please vote for the Democrat, no matter who. If Democrats don’t vote, Trump will be reelected. The next President will likely get to replace RBG and Stephen Breyer on the Supreme Court. Conservatives already have a 5-4 majority. If Trump gets to pick the next two justices, the conservatives will have a 7-2 majority. Kiss your gay rights goodbye if Christian Evangelicals gain control of the Supreme Court. VOTE BLUE NO MATTER WHO!

Nobody seems to be doing much to remove the current incumbent of the office due to health concerns. The guy frequently slurs his words, constantly uses the wrong words (origin / orange anyone?), and clearly lives is a semi-senile fog where he doesn’t comprehend much of what happens around him or the consequences of his own actions. But the Republicans are happy to have an incompetent puppet and nobody else seems to know what to do about it.
BigJohnSF
His record as mayor of New York shows that he is not sexist.
Taiyoken
His political actions contradict his non-political actions, he is a sexist and a racist and a homophobe, but he’s politically savvy enough not to broadcast that too much in his policies (except the racism) He’s like Shillary, he has “public positions” and “private positions” If you want someone consistent in their beliefs and policies, you need Bernie.
PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS
Taiyoken: Oh look the troll slithered back! Bloomberg has proven time and time again his allegiance to our (certain not your) community. He convinced four Republican state Senators to vote in favor of Gay marriage in NY. Thus making it legal in NY. They suffered for their actions. Bloomberg true to his word took care of these men. Giving them over one million dollars. And hiring two of them after being defeated in reelection because of their support. So please take your troll butt and slither away….
succubus
PWWO…. you are a horse-face lesbian!
Joshooeerr
Four out-of-court settlements for sexual harassment / abuse, a trail of allegations of discrimination, and indisputably misogynist comments would suggest otherwise.
trsxyz123
To quote Bill Maher, “Do we want to be right, or do we want to win?”
Joshooeerr
The precise mentality that led the Republicans to Trump. Winning at all costs is an astoundingly dumb approach.
PLAYS WELL WITH OTHERS
Absolutely!

Blue no matter who!

If Warren doesn’t win the nomination, I’d still love to watch her take on Trump!
Bob LaBlah
If Warren doesn’t win that nomination I can see her declare and independent campaign and by the time its all over I see her beating the democratic candidate but still losing to Trump. The woman comes off as a well meaning, strict kindergarten teacher who’s about to retire. I can’t see her as president nor any of the other choices, especially the former dictator of NYC.
Hussain-TheCanadian
I would love to see a Bernie/Elizabeth ticket, it would be amazing to see them both clean Washington up, and truelly drain the swamp.
As for Bloomberg, would Bernie’s or Elizabeth’s healthcare plans cover him for the beating he got last night?????
jackscott
Not a huge Warren fan, however, she did own the stage & Mikey… good for her!
