Another day, another public indecency scandal across the pond! As that subway orgy has Brits clutching their pearls, a Northern Irish football star has caused quite a fuss with an explicit video of his own.
The clip, viewable in its uncensored and highly NSFW glory here, shows Oxford United midfielder Gavin Whyte “walking down the road, playing with their privates and singing,” in the pithy words of The Sun.
Now the authorities are set to investigate the video, the newspaper reports, since “masturbating in the street could be considered to be an offence called Outraging Public Decency.”

In a statement posted on Tuesday, January 15, Oxford United said it would meet with Whyte to “warn him as to his future conduct.” Unsurprisingly, the football club chose not to describe the 22-year-old’s antics, merely mentioning “behavior clearly unacceptable from a professional footballer.”
“It is totally out of character,” Oxford manager Karl Robinson said in a statement. “Gavin is a quiet, respectful young man who is totally devastated by this: I have rarely heard anyone so remorseful for something that he regrets and knows he shouldn’t have done. Clearly he had drunk too much, and we will deal with that too, but whether you are a footballer or not that sort of behaviour is wrong on every level.”
Robinson continued: “We will sit down with Gavin today and we will remind him in no uncertain terms of his responsibilities. We have psychological and behavioural support here to help him get through this. He is a great kid and I hope the fans can forgive him for one moment of madness.”

The brazen footballer also addressed the incident in the statement, saying, “It was a moment of stupidity from me, one I regret very much and which I have to try and learn from. I can only apologise to anyone I offended and to those I let down by my behaviour. I am embarrassed beyond words but all I can do is try to move on, concentrate on my football, and make sure that nothing like this ever happens again.”
Whyte continued his apology tour on Twitter, describing “a drunk night out” in which he “did something childish and wrong.”

Er, it’s not that tiny. I’ve seen the original hi def smartphone video before it was compressed and re-compressed into the pixelated mess you see now. I’d say that it is at least 5″, maybe even 6″, flaccid. I was impressed, and I see live penises daily. We even have a few patients who are porn actors so I’m pretty jaded. Surprisingly, Whyte appears circumcised. Or maybe his foreskin was just pulled back as he “helicoptered.” Can’t tell if he trims his pubic hair, or whether he’s really that sparse. The hair was basically a little halo around the shaft.

No sweet heart that’s not how video works. the quality of the video would degrade not the size of his penis. You are exaggerating about the 5 or 6 inches flaccid. reducing the scale of an image from bigger to smaller doesn’t reduce the amount of pixel in that image. enlarging an image that was initially small does not increase the amount of pixels only makes the pixels larger degrading the quality which would mean you would need more pixels for the quality to stay the same ie. convert the image to a different format.

No Godabed, you clearly don’t know how compression, such as x265, works. It pixelates motion, which affects how moving objects look. With a spinning penis, you can easily miss how long it actually is. It had nothing to do with scaling, which you claim. Do your research.
