Thomas Cordero, a 41-year-old from the Bronx who is paid to clean houses in the nude, and finds clients via Rentboy.com, confessed to killing client John Conley way back in October 2001, prosecutors revealed today in a case hat has the killer facing a 25-year prison sentence. Conley, a 50-year-old paralegal, “got too rough” in bed after he “wanted to get down to business” and grabbed a knife — which has Codero claiming the slaying was in self-defense. Condero says in a videotaped confession that he “grabbed the knife from him and hit him in the back of the head.” Then he left Conley’s apartment but not before grabbing $40 from his wallet, “per our agreement. So why did Cordero, who was tied to the murder in 2007 through surveillance video, send his client into such a frenzy? “It’s because I have a nice ass.”

so he killed the dude by hitting him in the back of the head? I admit, I don’t know anything about fighting or forensics but is it that easy to kill someone just by hitting them in the back of the head?

@justiceontherocks: Doubtful, he is 40+. Even in prison, most of the inmates want a pretty young thing.
@scott ny’er: Depends what the amount of force is and where exactly you hit.
This just doesn’t reek of self-defense. No one deserves to be raped, especially at gun point, even if they are bent over in your bedroom dusting your shelf. However, anyone that responded in self-defense is either not thinking clearly (in which case they bolt) or trying to get help for the person that is unconscious. They don’t reach into the victims pants, take out his wallet and only take the amount that is owed to them.

This is what happens when you allow heterosexual strangers into your home. The victim was likely asleep when the attack happened. Heterosexual males do not attack gay men unless they are sure they can win. There is always a severe disadvatage gay victims face whether it’s being outnumbered, unarmed, out-of shape, old, disabled, physically small or asleep. You NEVER see gay men being attacked on a level playing field or with an advantage.

Okay something isn’t adding up.. The article says…

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm….. Why was our little “Maid” in bed with the client(Conley) in the first place? I mean I watched the Brady Bunch and pretty sure Alice didn’t crawl in bed with her “clients”
There is A LOT more to this story and we’ll probably never know the answer because Conley has gone to that great law library in the sky.

The nude maid said he never went to Conley’s apartment.
The cops found DNA evidence that suggested he was lying.
The nude maid confessed to killing Conley.
And then retracted his statement later on. Saying that the cops forced him to admit that he did it.
The jury found him NOT GUILTY.
Despite the evidence and despite the fact that the nude maid stole money from Conley’s wallet after he killed him.
The nude maid got away with murder.
