My how time flies!
The folks over at Into More recently gathered a group older gay men, ranging from their early 60s to their mid 70s, to share vintage pictures of themselves, from childhood through their 20s and 30s, when they were at their physical peaks.

Michael Peterson, Robert E. Reeves, Jessay Martin, Bill Lyons sat down to reminisce over the photos and share the lessons they’ve learned over the course of their lifetimes.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.

The video is surprisingly heartwarming and offers a welcome reminder that we’re all going to be old eventually (if we’re lucky, that is!), so seize the day and don’t sweat the small stuff.
Watch.

SPAM BOT.

This particular spam bot has been with Queerty for a couple years under different names now. I think people just gonna have to relax. No way to really get rid of it.

Kind of was hoping for more beef cake instead of baby pics. Lol
Good reminder though that nothing lasts. As he said. Just one speck in your life.

Thought this was really cute, good to see them all share memories and words of wisdom.

Wow! And the beat goes on. It would have been nice had this been an article on how those men in that age group are coping with retirement, housing and such instead of there cruising days but hey, it aint my site.
Mito
Agreed. I feel we’ve talked body and cruising to death

Its a shame there is nothing about gay men losing their jobs and careers thru no fault of their own (illness, company closing, layoff….) during the later stages of life and struggle to make it in cities with sky-high rents and overall cost of living.

Surely it’s had to register a name and image – so there must be an IP to block?

Didn’t the former beefcake guy say he did porn once? Does anyone know what his porn name was and where his videos can be found?

Muscleman Mick. He only had one scene with Anthony DeAngelo.

They seem so alive and at peace with where they are in life. Very nice.

Very nicely done.

To each his own. My lifetime partner of 57 years, married almost 15 years, have pictures of ourselves with bathing suits on back in 1967, north of Seattle, WA. To us, a relationship was the most important thing in our lives together.

My mother passed away unexpectedly last week. She had all the family pictures after my father and her divorced. I found this 31 year old picture of my mother and me. It was a nice picture. But my mouth dropped open because I thought, “Oh sh!t, I was hot.”
Then I showed it to my partner, he was like holy f$ck. I did feel sad a little bit, because I thought of all the fun I missed out when I was 20. Though it was 1987 and scary, which was of the reasons I did not come to begin with.

Those photos, guys, are their history. Like the recent 10 year challenge going around social media, ageing is a reality, even when it sucks big time. I hate to admit it, but living in the moment is a reality check. I really enjoyed their reactions to the earlier photos. Looking back, there was a time that life was measured month to month, because of living with HIV and not having any treatment or hope. Things are different now, and for some guys, it is a miracle for them just to be able to look back and remember an earlier life.
We all age and we all die. We just have to enjoy our lives one day at a time.
