Back in business

One major fan-favorite is definitely returning to “Will & Grace”

Familiar faces are huge in 2017, particularly if you’re a casting director in charge of  booking guest stars on the Will & Grace revival.

By now, you’ve no doubt heard Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes, and Megan Mullally will all be returning to the freshly exhumed property, which re-premieres on September 28th.

First, they announced Minnie Driver would guest-star, and you screamed. Then they announced Harry Connick, and you fainted. Now they’ve announced another get…

Bobby Cannavale is returning, and you are a dead person now.

Yes, you read that correctly. The actor who played Will’s boyfriend (and eventual husband) Vince D’Angelo has been spotted loitering on set, and we have the Debra Messing Instagram post to prove it.

“It just gets better and better,” she writes candidly. “ANOTHER fan fav from our little show of yesteryear.”

Cannavale won an Emmy in 2005 for the role. No word yet on how large his part will be in the reboot.

(They’re retconning Will’s marriage for the revival, so Will and Grace can continue living together and making you quake with laughter.)

Any guesses on who they’ll announce next?

The revival has also been renewed. So you can be doubly excited.
