One of the suspected killers of Victoria Carmen White, the trans New Jersey woman police originally described as a man, has turned himself in. Marquise Foster surrendered to police for the Sept. 11 shooting that left White dead at relative’s apartment during an after-party.
Confusing sexual orientation with gender identity, WABC says “officials believe Foster met White at a nightclub and that she may have been killed because of sexual orientation.” The second suspect, Alrashim Chambers, 23, is still being sought by police.
