One Year Later, DADT Repeal Still Fails To Destroy American Military, Make Sky Fall

One year ago, President Obama signed the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell—the policy that kept gays, lesbians and bisexuals from serving openly in the military. And while last night’s NBC Nightly news painted an overly rosy picture of military life since the repeal (when life for some LGBN servicemembers has become scarier), it also showed that the repeal didn’t legalize beastiality or gay shower rapes like anti-LGBT folks said it would.

Nor has it resulted in hot, military man orgies, which is kinda disappointing actually.
