Out Magazine Begins Rolling Out The OUT 100

Out magazine has started teasing the boldface gays, lesbians and transgendered who made this year’s OUT 100, with honorees coming from fashion, politics, entertainment and other diverse fields.

Androgynous male model Andrej Pejic (at right), who has walked in both men’s and women’s runway shows, was named “Stylemaker of the Year.” He joins J. Edgar and Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, Tony nominees Rory O’Malley (The Book of Mormon) and Colman Domingo (The Scottsboro Boys), Broadway actor Matt Doyle (War Horse) rugby star Gareth Thomas, Judge J. Paul Oetken and lesbian comedian Geri Jewell (The Facts of Life).

The full list will be announced in New York on November 17 and the honorees will be featured in Out‘s December 2011 issue.
