A Gap employee over on Reddit clued us into another reason the company is awesome: Their staff discount “includes spouses and domestic partners (same- and opposite-sex)” and, we presume, extends to Banana Republic and Old Navy. While the San Francisco-based retailer has supported the community in the past, it’s nice to see them broadcast it again so prominently. Makes us feel all warm and fuzzy.
